Equipped with everything you'll need for a pampered vacation, you can start your day with coffee brewed from our complimentary Latin American whole bean coffee startup kit. The professional coffee grinder is all setup, all you need to do is press the button and grind what you need.

This is total luxury for the well healed traveler. With the balcony perched outwards, you'll see the sunrise and the sunset from your very private balcony. Enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the sun set and the waves crash. This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy a short or long deserved vacation. We only use this condo occasionally so we decided it was a waste not to share it with others who appreciate the amenities it provides. You'll be stunned to wake and view the glistening sun on the emerald green waters from your 12th floor Penthouse! Enjoy breakfast on the large private balcony prepared in your fully equipped kitchen.

Situated in the EAST tower, we're tucked away in a more private and quiet area of the beach while giving you spectacular views night and day.

Are you a foodie? Not to worry, while there are some great dining places nearby such as Saltwater Grill, don't limit your dining and shopping experiences to the local beach area.....famous Rosemary Beach is only minutes away for the finest of dining and shopping.

Before retiring to bed, sit and watch a movie on the new 65" smart TV with full cable TV with a DVR. Plus the bedroom is equipped with a new 42" TV to relax a bit more.

The bedroom has a new Queen bed with top quality linens for a good nights rest.

As seasoned world travelers, we took our experiences and designed this unit to pamper and accommodate all your needs.

We've even included a welcome package with bottled water, soap, shampoo and moisturizer.

A Gourmet coffee package is included so you can relax on your first morning, and ready to be ground for a sensational cup of coffee while you enjoy the sunrise.

This unit even includes a blender in case you want to make some great smoothies for the beach.

Beautiful glassware is on hand for wine and beverages.

Ready for the beach? We've reserved 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for you EACH DAY (Please note: only available March - October).

We've worked hard taking into account from our own personal travels around the globe to provide you with the most beautiful and carefree stay!

In order to keep this unit pristine we've limited rentals to adults 30+ and maximum of 2 persons in the unit.
