Condo de luxe rénové dans le Sunbird. Comptoirs en granit et nouvelles armoires dans la cuisine. Douche à l'italienne et lavabo design dans la salle de bain. Awesome location and view. The couch had stains, the pillows on the bed were stained badly. The carpet very dirty. The refrigerator had mold or black smut on the vents at the bottom.Ironing board was broke.The TV in the bedroom was small like a laptop.The couch in the sitting area was co ered qith sand.

Great location

Property is right on the beach and is gated. Located right next to Pineapple Willy's. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely choose here again for our next trip!

The check in process was so easy and we got to check in early which was so nice. The condo was exactly the way it was listed and we loved it. Would stay again for sure!

Return renters!

Condo is very clean and Steven the owner is very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that I had. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and would love to return in the future. Definitely recommend this unit!

by far the best stay!

property manager was so helpful and responded very well! even tho there was construction, it didn’t bother us! instructions were very clear, and checkin/out were very easy! highly recommend this place! such a beautiful view and comfy stay!

Paradise and relaxation

We were so happy with our stay at Sunbird. The room was perfect, especially the comfortable bed. The view was amazing. The owner was quick to respond and also informed us quickly of information regarding the building. We stayed on one of the busiest weeks of the year, on a popular beach, however the space, building, and patio were by far the quietest and most respectful of privacy. I would definitely recommend this unit, and can't wait to go again.

Paradice with a View

The unit is layed out excemptionally well. The space is very well utilized and we got to enjoy it for a month. The view of the beach was amazing and the Sunsets are what dreams are made of. PCB is my happy place

Amazing view, fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to go back to the frozen tundra. Enough room for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Mister would have liked a recliner and a dining table but we made due with the little table on the balcony and the coffee table. Thanks for your hospitality!

Just what we wanted

Super easy check in. Loved the secure parking and not having to worry about anyone messing with our vehicle. Elevators are conveniently located next to parking so hauling luggage to the condo was quick. Great layout with comfy king bed and great ocean view from the balcony. There is no dining room table but not a big deal for us.

Room with a view

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Getting a pass for our vehicle was a bit difficult because the desk attendant had left really early the day we arrived, but we actually saw the president of the HOA board and told us we would be just fine. The hallways of the building were a bit unkempt but it was no big deal to us. The room had the best view of any place I have stayed while visiting Florida. You could see the sunrise through every window in the condo. It was gorgeous. We definitely would come back again if we were ever in Panama. Thank you Steve for sharing your place with us.

Nice Unit

I would like to start off by saying the unit itself is absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful view (perfect to be exact, 3rd floor spot on) and my response is in no way meant to harm any future staying by others as this was out of the owners hand. But, why in hell does a condo organization allow for construction to begin during what is about to be the busiest time of the year. Only 1 elevator worked, taking forever to get down with beach supplies, main pool closed and to be honest I have no idea what it looked like as it was gated off. Outer area not clean, and the noise was horrible. I was told though the pool may not be open and some construction could be happening so I guess my fault for taking a chance. Zero amenities also. Just a basic 1 bedroom, extremely clean inside, with a beautiful view condo. Perfect for a single guy like me. I may try and rent again this winter.
