Tucked in a lush, quiet oasis, this condo accommodates 6 guests, boasting breathtaking ocean views from the living room and screened-in patio. The Space:

With a capacity for 6 guests, this chic oceanfront retreat invites you to experience the epitome of island living during your Cayman Islands vacation.
Step into this beautifully renovated haven (Fall 2023), where an open concept floor plan with fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a screened ocean-view patio create a perfect blend of comfort and style.

The dining table seats 4, and more guests can be seated on stools at the kitchen counter.

A counter area located right inside the front door hallway is convenient for towels and for you to quickly drop your things. Underneath is the front-loading washing machine and dryer for laundry.
Bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided.
This rental includes bi-weekly cleaning if you stay for more than 4 nights.
You may change or request additional towels from the property manager or can inquire about additional cleaning services (for a fee) during your stay.
When you're ready to head outside, you can take advantage of the refreshing ocean front pool with outdoor lounge chairs, umbrellas and dining areas (some with covering). The complex has 3 common BBQ grilling areas to use as well as an onsite tennis court to ensure that you keep up your fitness levels while indulging in the best of what Cayman has to offer.

Guest Access:
The Guest have access to the entire condo as well as the pool, tennis court, and BBQ areas.
The Neighborhood:
Apart from being constantly sought after for its world class beaches and crystal clear water, Seven Mile Beach also offers many diverse dining, shopping and amenities that might not be expected on an island.
Many things are within walking distance and public transportation is very good in the area so it is not also necessary to have a vehicle if you just intend to stay in the area and enjoy the many offerings.
Getting Around:
Although recommended for convenience a rental car isn't absolutely necessary as you can walk to most restaurants, etc. which are 1-10 mins away on foot. Taxis are also easily available.
Alternatively, there is public transportation on our road, West Bay Road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip.
If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Tamarind Bay consists of 28 units, which are a mixture of short and long term rentals as well as owner occupied units.
Unit # 22 is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator available so you will be required to use the stairs.
There is 1 parking space reserved for the unit for your use.
The tennis court is available for free during the day however there is a small fee of US$12.00 for using the court during the night.
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,000 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
During the months of May, June and July 2025 there will be some roofing work being conducted on other buildings on the property. The building that this rental is located in will not be a part of of this work.
Interaction with Guests:
The onsite Manager Kathy will assist you at check in on the day of your arrival and if you have any issues during your stay. In order to ensure that Kathy is available at the site office when you arrive, we will require details of your flight and arrival time.
Kathy can also assist you with any guidance and recommendations you need and our Team at Property Management Cayman are also available if our guests require additional assistance.
