Bienvenue Ă  Caribbean Paradise, situĂ© sur bord de l'ocĂ©an dans le sud Sound, Île Grand Cayman. Ceci est un condo vraiment privĂ© et tranquille, avec une belle plage de sable blanc, une piscine et, bien sĂ»r, l'eau Magnifique Aqua-bleu des CaraĂŻbes Tout Ă  votre convenance. Caribbean Paradise possĂšde la beautĂ© de la chose est privĂ©e 600 Ft. de White Sand Beach. Échapper Ă  l'agitation de 7 Mile Beach ici. La plage est de sable blanc poudreux Comparable Ă  Seven Mile Beach mais plus calme. Il ya un rĂ©cif Ă  proximitĂ© du rivage offrant une grande plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et Kite Surf.

Comme Pristine Comme l'emplacement est, ce condo est à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport international Owen Roberts de George Town, et à quelques minutes de nombreux restaurants, sports nautiques, plongée en apnée, plongée et la voile Voyages.
South Sound est un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme avec quelques Fabulous Maisons Million Dollar Situé à seulement 2 minutes à George Town.

Cette nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©, deux chambres, deux salles de bains appartement peut accueillir six personnes et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© pour rendre votre sĂ©jour le plus agrĂ©able possible. Comme dans le reste de l'Ăźle, une voiture de location est un must, mais il n'y a pas de soucis sur parking. Une fois que vous ĂȘtes ici, vous ne voudrez pas trop se Ă©loigner toute façon. Donc venir et ĂȘtre une partie de la vĂ©ritable expĂ©rience Cayman.

Love this property!

Love the view of the ocean. The size of the kitchen is wonderful. The owners are responsive and efficient. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately. It’s a perfect place for us and is within walking distance to our Caymanian family.

The condo is perfectly appointed with designated parking. Easy to get to several amazing beaches including Smith's. Quiet beach front on property. Pool is nice.

great place

We had a really nice stay and in fact extended it because we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful comfortable modern condo, spotlessly clean and bright. very comfortable, quiet pool and a great location to explore in any direction. the only downside - the beach right in front has seagrass to not good swimming - but if you walk to the right a bit you come to a lovely sandy point with great swimming and beautiful sunsets. we snorkeled the wreck front which made for a nice snorkel.

Great Location

Repeat visitor/renter of this property. Has everything needed for R&R. Mother hen and her 11 chicks strolled by every day to visit. Pool is less than 10 yards away and the beach is a 20 yard stroll off the patio. Highly recommend and will try to use again.

Great location

The home was close to everything. The pool area was right outside the slider and was usually not busy. The diving was great, plenty of boat and shore diving available. Overall great place with everything that you need. With a beach 40 feet away they have chairs and umbrella.

Great place, exactly as described.

We stayed ten nights with our 13 and 11 year old. The condo was great! Plenty of space, even with the 13 year old using the pull out bed. It never felt crowded or cluttered. Really spacious place!! We loved the pool and private beach. The pool towels were a great touch, and it was so convenient to have the washer and dryer. Just fifteen minutes or less from the airport, and easy access to Georgetown and Seven Mile. Having Smith Cove right there , just a few minutes drive, was an added bonus. I’d recommend this place for sure!!.

Christmas in Paradise

We had an amazing time at Caribbean Paradise. It was a perfect size for a family of 5 and the kitchen had everything you could think of. The location is perfect. The beach was beautiful and snorkling was amazing by the ship wreck. We would highly recommend this condo to someone coming to the Caymans. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location with an amazing view. If we needed something Verna was just a phone call away. The location is very private and quite with a pool on the property. The Beach had some seeweed due to some storms but otherwise was very clean an nice. Awesome sunsets and view of the beach line. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals and be comfortable!

Nice spot, very close to a quiet beach just South of Seven Mile beach. The beach is not as nice as Seven Mile beach with some weeds in water but nice for a break from the business. A nice little swommming pool to lay by. Condo was quite nice and very clean. Short distance to the awesome little swimming grotto. We really enjoyed that spot and only a 2 minute drive from Condo. I recommend getting a vehicle when in the Caymans to get around to all the spots. No rrgrets staying here.

Wonderful property, the pictures don't do it justice. Has a great big island in the kitchen and wonderful views of the ocean. Mainly had the pool to ourselves. The only snag was the kitchen faucet which had very low water pressure we contacted Verna the property manager and was advised someone would come and fix it, however they never did.

My family and I had a great time at Grand Cayman Island. We rented this apartment for a week and it was amazing! We absolutely loved it. We had 20 steps to the pool and 50 to the beach. The apartment also had an amazing view. This location is quiet and far from crowds. Apartment has all you need and is very spacious. We highly recommend renting this property. Car is a must if you want to discover this island and George Town. Thank you Vicki for letting us stay in your apartment. .

Fabulous condo in perfect location

We were so impressed with all the updates inside this condo...kitchen and both baths are well appointed, with comfortable furniture in bedrooms and living room. For day trips, there are comfortable and sturdy portable beach chairs along with coolers. The patio has a great view and comfy seating. We snorkeled multiple days out to the Wreck of the Pallas and saw nurse sharks, porcupine fish, lobsters, scorpion fish, barracuda, and loads of pretty colorful fish. We loved this quiet and private area of the island. With a rental car, you are a quick drive to the airport Fosters grocery, smiths cove, spotts beach, and downtown Georgetown. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. .

Love the location, truly a Caribbean Paradise

Imagine being on holiday on a small island and hearing no ambulance or police sirens, then you would be in the Cayman Islands. My family and I had a wonderful time. 1st the condo is appropriately named “Caribbean Paradise”. It is well maintained with all of the required modern amenities and located in a quite location. The Condo Manager Ms Webb was very helpful; she even came direct from her church to assist us. Even the fish on the reef were friendly as they swam close to you. Already planning our return visit next year. Thanks Vicki & Scott

Pool right outside the door. Beautiful sea view of the Pallas shipwreck. We took chairs to the beach every night, sometimes snorkeled. Big kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment. Washer/dryer. Oversized, could sleep six. Tidy landscape. Family atmosphere. Grilled out most nights. Walked to Smith. Cove for a swim and saw Miss Lassie’s colorful house of primitive art along the way. Grand Old House restaurant was a few miles along and the port area was also very accessible by car.

Great Place and Set Up!

Our family stayed at the condo for a week in March and was truly impressed with the property: Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Verna was great and met us promptly to let us in and provide an unexpected welcome basket. Condo was just as described (actually better!) - nice open concept with large bedrooms and nicely updated throughout, especially the bathrooms. Beach is about 50' off the deck and the unit is right next to the pool. The shipwreck picture is the actual view from the patio. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Georgetown and the property was very quiet. We were initially a bit concerned about the lack of property reviews so we thought we were taking a chance... Everything turned out great - Thanks!

Our home away from home on Cayman!

We've been coming to Cayman annually for about 10 years (with our 2 daughters, now 11 and 13), and this was our 3rd stay at the Caribbean Paradise complex, but our first in this particular condo. The location is by far our favourite - central on the island so not too far from anything, and away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. This condo is well-appointed, welcoming, and as advertised. I think the photos actually don't do it justice; the eat-in kitchen island is much bigger than it looks on-line! Having a BBQ is awesome, as we love to grill our own seafood and meat, and did so many times on this trip. We would stay here again without hesitation. Some favourite things to do: Scuba (our daughters got in for their first dive after taking the Discover Diving course at Sunset House, and it was great to do that as a family for the first time!), lunches at Macabuca, brunch at Tukka (although COVID meant a la carte only on this visit - still wonderful), private jet-ski tour including Stingray City with Ebanks Watersports, relaxing for a day at Rum Point, enjoying gelato from Gelato & Co., feeding tarpon while having a sunset dinner at The Wharf, and a last night on the island meal at Calypso Grill (always a treat).

Beautiful newly remodeled unit with great view of beach, ocean and ship wreck just off shore!

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Grand Cayman and rented Caribbean Paradise. Wow! We were blown away by how nice this unit is! It is exactly as the pictures show, with the new remodel and the view of the ship wreck just off shore. We have rented quite a few units through VRBO in the past and this by far is one of the best units we have ever rented. The location is ideal for a base to explore the island in any direction. The property and unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our meals every night. The Weber kettle grill was brand new and clean and we grilled steaks and other meats every night and enjoyed the view of the ocean from the beautiful patio. The owner Vicki was fantastic to work with! She provided great information from car rentals, grocery stores and beaches and places to see off the beaten path and any other questions we had. It was our first time to Grand Cayman and we had the best time thanks to her beautiful condo! We snorkeled at countless beautiful beaches, ate at some of the local restaurants and experienced the food and culture first hand. I would highly recommend this unit "Caribbean Paradise" to my friends and family that may consider going to Grand Cayman. It provided everything we wanted and needed to enjoy our stay on the island. Central location in clean, quiet residential neighborhood away from all the tourist traps with fantastic snorkeling right off the private beach to a very cool ship wreck with awesome coral and fish to marvel at. Be sure to rent a car and explore the whole island! We enjoyed spending time on seven mile beach, Cemetery beach, Rum Point, Starfish point, Spotts beach to swim with turtles, Stingray city and don't forget to go to "Hell"! You can send a postcard from the post office in Hell, Grand Cayman. You can also stop at countless pull offs on side of road and check out wide variety of different beaches to either hang out or snorkel. Driving on the left side of the road with steering wheel on the right side of car was also a fun experience. It didn't take long to get the hang of it, just remember to drive on the left side!
