The heart of the residence is the Grand Living Room with its large stone fireplace, the perfect furniture and great space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the river and Peaks of the mountains of Breckenridge. This space opens to the Gourmet Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Welcoming Dining Area for 8.
The Kitchen features Thermador appliances with 2 dishwashers and a wrapping 2-tiered granite working space. A natural large space for entertaining guests. Everything that you need for preparing glorious meals can be found here. Just off the kitchen is the cozy Breakfast Nook with fireplace and seating for 4.
From the Kitchen, you are open to the Living and Dining Room. Tremendous, thoughtful design.
Four detailed bedrooms sleep 8 guests. A spacious primary suite with oxygenation is on the main level and features a king bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with 2 separate vanity areas, middle walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
Three bedrooms are on the lower level; (Accessible by Stairs or Elevator) Michelle's Bedroom features a direct view to the river, King Bed and Private Bath. Izzie's Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Private Bath. The fourth Bedroom is the 2nd Primary Suite viewing the river, with a King Bed and Private Bath.
The multi-functional Media Room features a large screen TV, fireplace, and ample comfortable seating. You can enter the gardens of the back yard, river, fire pit and Hot Tub Area from here. The dynamic Bar Area is a favorite spot to spend some time visiting, unwinding and enjoying a favorite beverage.
Spend sunny days and cool evenings out on the patio by the river and river gardens. Gather around the Fire pit or take a relaxing Hot Tub.
From the Main Floor, enjoy a lovely deck with barbecue grill. Surrounded by Pines and front Gardens. These are peaceful summer favorites of the Owners and Guests.
For guests’ convenience, the home has a full laundry room with washer and 2 dryers, secondary laundry upstairs. Two parking spaces available in the garage and 3 outside.
