The stay was wonderful, plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog. It was close to everything. The only thing I would change is the place could use a new toaster. They had supplies for laundry, coffee and all the creamers, sugars and condiments you will need.

Annual family trip

House is in a great location. Very walkable to everything you want to do in Breckenridge. It’s actually handy because it makes you feel like maybe you’re burning off all the vacation food by walking everywhere Lots of space inside for several couples/families to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Great fenced yard. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay!

A group of friends and I rented this house for a mountain weekend getaway. The property was perfect for us - clean, conveniently located to town and the slopes, and wonderful amenities (stocked kitchen, great hot tub, fenced in yard for pups)! The communication from the property management team was thorough and seamless. We loved our stay and will definitely look at booking this property again for future Breckenridge trips!

The house was in the perfect location, and well-stocked with everything we could need (including a closet full of kids’ toys and a full kitchen!). The entire house was so thoughtfully arranged, with comfy beds and cozy gathering spaces. No complaints!

House is good for adults. Not easy with kids or pets. House is stocked well with kitchen supplies.

We are sorry to hear that the home didn't work well for your kiddos. Was it the stairs? It is good to note that there are bedrooms and living spaces on different levels. Other than that I'm not sure what could have been the issue. But we are glad the adults enjoyed the space.

Great property close to town

The property was perfect for our group of eight. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tons of room for everyone to have their own space. Good TV's. Great hot-tub. Beautiful views of mountains. Super easy walk into town and too gondola. Only negative was the trash can was full when we got to property.

Perfect

This was the perfect home for three family couples, one of which had two young children (3-5), and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The close proximity to Main Street was wonderful. The kids toys and laundry machine on the bottom floor were appreciated. The dual entrances (one on the bottom floor and one up the deck stairs on the middle floor) made coming and going very convenient. And the full bathrooms provided on each floor were a huge plus. We got a discounted rate for the end of the season so I don't know what the rate is for high season, but I would love to stay here again and will absolutely be checking this property next time we need a stay in Breckenridge.

Comfort and Convenience

Easy to walk to restaurants, gondola, and shops in Breckinridge. We really appreciated the high-quality paper goods, the well-stocked coffee supplies, and the shower supplies - so nice not to have to bring in those bulky items ourselves!

Great House in Breck

The property was clean, efficient, fun and perfect for our family group of 3 couples and 2 pets. Walking distance to Main Street. Excellent hosts with great communication and lots of thoughtful extras in the home just where you need them!
