Step into an exclusive alpine sanctuary at this reimagined penthouse suite, available only through Gilson Group. Blending refined elegance with contemporary mountain luxury, the residence features soaring custom wood ceilings, exquisite marble flooring, and handcrafted copper accents throughout.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, the suite includes two lavishly appointed bedrooms for the perfect balance of style and comfort:

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resortâs private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplaceâperfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
