This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms include king beds, with a pull-out sofa for guests 5 & 6. Just a short walk to Kings Bay, enjoy beautiful water views and outdoor activities. Kayaks are available for rent, and boats are welcome.

Gather around the oversized kitchen table for meals, or unwind outside under string lights with the gas grill. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this bungalow is the perfect home base.

**Kayak Rental Option**
We offer 4 adult single-rider kayaks and 2 youth single-rider kayaks available for guest use.

• $10 per person, per kayak for the duration of your reservation

This fee helps cover normal wear and tear, as the kayaks require regular maintenance and replacement throughout the year.

Please let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve kayaks for your stay!

**Pets**
A $79 per animal cleaning fee applies to all approved animals and covers additional cleaning and hair removal to maintain the home’s quality for future guests.

• All animals must be disclosed and approved in advance
• Unapproved animals will result in a $250 fee per animal
• Please include the number of animals in your reservation so the applicable fee can be properly applied
• No additional pet fees will be charged beyond what is included in the reservation


**Extended Stay Cleaning Policy**
For reservations exceeding 14 nights, an additional cleaning is required to maintain the home’s quality and comfort. A second cleaning fee, equal to the original cleaning fee, will be charged separately at the time of booking and is due upon receipt.

This additional fee will be requested after booking using the “Additional Payment Request” feature.

**NO Smoking**
• No smoking of any kind inside the home
• A $250 smoking violation fee will be applied if this rule is not followed


**Guests & Reservations**
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight
• Please double check your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets
• Unapproved guests will result in a fee of **$50 per person, per night**


**Events**
• No unapproved events or gatherings, inside or outside the home
• Any gathering that includes additional people beyond the number of guests on the reservation will be considered an unapproved event
• A **$250 fine** will be applied for any unapproved event at any time during the reservation


**Security**
• Exterior cameras are in use on the property and may be used to verify guest count, pets, and monitor for unapproved events in compliance with booking details

**Checkout Instructions**
Failure to complete all checkout instructions will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee to cover the extra time required by our cleaning team beyond the standard service.

Trash Pickup Schedule
To help keep everything running smoothly:
• Trash: Pickup is Thursday morning — please roll it to the curb Wednesday night
• Recycling: Currently, no recycling services are available.
