This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, an outdoor shower, and tiki Hut! There is something for everyone nearby - hiking, kayaking, golf, food etc.

The Home:
✔ Living Room features a 55" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services. There is a dedicated workspace with super fast Wifi for those working remotely!

✔ Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a dual Keurig machine that makes both K cups and drip coffee.

✔ King Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, and large closet.

✔ Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands and large closet.

✔ The third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds - for kids or adults who want to stay in a fun space! The room also has a foosball table, couch and board games! This room leads right out to the patio and into the backyard!

✔ Full bathroom with shower/tub.

✔ Dining room with table for 6 guests

✔ Laundry area with washer/dryer

The Outside Oasis:

We designed the outside spaces with a tropical inspiration!

- The Outdoor Shower - an amazing experience designed to awaken your senses. Shower outdoors in nature, surrounded by thoughtfully curated landscaping that gives you privacy while also a tropical feeling. The shower has hot water and we provide soaps and shampoo!

- The Tiki Hut - There is a 50" Smart TV to stream what you like, fans, and a mini fridge.

- We provide a gas grill, grilling utensils and a picnic table to enjoy your meals outdoors.

Guest Access
You’ll have the entire property to yourself! The driveway offers ample parking, making it convenient for unloading luggage and even accommodating your boat. Plus, the property features self check-in for a hassle-free arrival

Pets require approval and additional fee!

*NOTE* - if you are fishing, scalloping, etc. - you must prepare your catch and dispose of waste at the docks before you return to the property. We do not have a filet station outside and filleting of fish/shucking scallops is NOT permitted inside the home. We also do not want to attract wildlife by disposing of carcasses on our property.

There is abundant wildlife in the area. This is Florida's Nature Coast - there are armadillos, frogs, turtles, snakes, insects, alligators, geckos, birds and the list goes on!
