2-story boat dock with boat and jet-ski lifts available to use by renters. Bring your own boat and jet-skis or rent them from right across the lake.
Plenty of Parking
Kayaks and a Stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use on the Lake.
With a private theater room, a fun bunk room, and plenty of space for relaxation, this new construction is perfect for family gatherings or groups. This spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom lakefront home offers the perfect setting for family gatherings or group getaways. The master bedroom features a luxurious California King bed with an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. The bunk room is great for kids or groups, with 4 twin beds and 2 sofa beds. Three additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, and one includes a queen bed with twin bunks. The open-concept kitchen is designed for socializing, with a large island that’s perfect for meal prep or casual dining. The expansive living room offers plenty of space to relax, along with two dining tables for shared meals. Upstairs, the game room features a foosball table and fun games for some friendly competition. For movie nights, enjoy the separate theater room, complete with plush seating for a true cinematic experience.

Lake LBJ - Kingsland

Beautiful house, great location, close to everything you would need. We stayed with family. Both grandparents and grandchildren all enjoyed. The deck was really nice and the kids loved the kayaks and paddleboard. We loved the big open kitchen and living room where we enjoyed our meals. Beds were comfortable.

The Lakehouse is something we have been investing a lot of time and passion into rebuilding over the past several years as a go to family vacation destination for generations.

Whether it’s sunrise coffee on the dock, afternoons on the water, or evenings watching the stars reflect off the lake, every moment here feels special.

We wanted a place that felt like a true retreat—somewhere to unwind with family and friends, but still close enough to great dining, wineries, and small-town gems. Kingsland checked every box. It’s a town where the lake is the center of life, and the pace is slower, more intentional. We love that it’s just over an hour from Austin, making it accessible for quick getaways without losing the “away-from-it-all” feel.
