Great beach vacation!

Our stay at Sandpiper Cove was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware, pots and pans, utensils etc. The location of our condo was excellent for the grandkids just a short walk across the street to the beach and right next to the pool. Plenty of beach umbrellas set up each day; no need to bring your own. The beach was beautiful. Perfect beach vacation for the family! We will definately come again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have given a 5 but just a few picky things that aren’t really an issue just a suggestion. Great location , not a far walk from the beach and pool is outside the patio with a heated pool and 3 hot tubs. Had all the things you would need to cook but only had 2 trash bags and when we asked for more they were out, so take your own trash bags. The patio door off the living room sticks alittle but if you pull hard it will slide. The unit was beautiful and stocked beach chairs and swim boards my girls loved at the beach. Check in was a breeze and they give you a packet of things to do and magazines with local coupons. Each day you can take your linens and turn them in by the office for fresh new ones. Go to the office if you want to check out items to play golf, pickle ball, etc. The best thing was once you crossed the street to the beach and walked down the stairs the beach and water were right there, saved walking a long distance. We will return and stay longer next time !

Clean, very cute and updated, comfortable and very close- just a few steps- to the pool. I like the fact that the owners decided to utilize the larger space in the master bedroom by putting 2 queen beds in there. Great for accommodating a larger group. Although there’s lots to do in beautiful Destin, I enjoyed watching old Hallmark movies and “Touched by an Angel” on the Android tv. I would be happy to stay in this unit again.

Yes it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but did not have a sleeper sofa in living room. Also had a washer and dryer. The only thing wrong was the floor needed to be suffered. Our feet were black from the time we walked in the condo.

We stayed for the kids spring break and it was great. The pictures are exactly how it is. The room was very nice and clean. It had plenty of space for the family. We really enjoyed it and will be back very soon!!

It was an easy walk to the beach and not far from restaurants and local activities.My one & only dislike was check out time. In my opinion,check out at 10am is too early. The cleaning staff was there before 10.Other than that, I have no other complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Family Vacay

Everything was absolutely amazing. Only down side of our trip was, the guest bathroom was in the process of being remodeled. The lady from front dest asked if it was ok for the workers to come in on our check out date at 7am when the check out time was at 10am. It wasn't an issue because I thought at the time it was minor repair only to realize they had to complete the ceiling. The workers was given the code to our door so of course they didn't allow us a chance to open the door OR get dressed before entering on their own. While also being limited to one bathroom to get a family of 6 ready by check out.😫 But besides that this unit is absolutely amazing!!

Was so surprised, didn’t expect such things to happen and very disappointed to learn the same problems were supposedly fixed 2 weeks before we booked. Lucky no harm was done except for cuts on my toes when the shower door fell off and disappointed when Sandpiper was more concerned about the door and didn’t ask how I was. Very thankful it was me and not my granddaughter using the shower when it happened. Also the refrigerator handle came off and the stove wasn’t working. All were fixed the next day and out stay was very nice after all that

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well except the electricity keeps going on and off and will remain off for a good 30 minutes at times. Sometimes it is just the rooms. The A/C went out on day and luckily it was fixed by the end of the day. It was something with the outside unit. The office was very good with the work orders. We have rented this same condo 2 xs before and had the same issues. There was 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels which when I went to exchange they couldn’t give me more. We were 4 adults and 2 days we were 6 adults so I just went buy some hand towels bc it was easier. The lady in the laundry house said we would have to talk to the office for more towels which we didn’t. I know they would have approved but we were in a hurry to get to the beach. Ty

Good unit close to beach

We stay at Sandpiper every summer. 1st time for this unit. Always try to get the first or second row like this one. Unit near pool and one of the closest ones to the cross walk to the beach. Unit was not cleaned good (but that is not the unit but poor cleaning service). Had a maintenance issue but Ricky Davis with Sandpiper was able to fix it. The drain for the AC got clogged and made the air go out. He cleaned the line. Only knock would be to have a larger TV in the main area.
