Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. There was an issue with the refrigerator but Sandpiper maintenance brought another refrigerator to get us through the rest of the week. Check out was effortless.

Awesome and Relaxing

First off check in was hassle free, was amazed how clean condo was and real close to beach with private access Everything was close by maybe 5 mins being the most 5 pools available if you want a nice quiet day by the pool instead of the crystal blue water of the beach Will be staying here again in the future

A lovely stay

Our stay at sandpiper cove was a delight. Our condo was perfect for the three of us, with simple decorated spaces. There were a couple of things that could have been repaired or updated, but we didn’t mind. All staff were friendly and we felt safe in the gated community. With beach access being only a 5 minute walk away, this was a perfect stay. We will be back for sure and we are even contemplating purchasing one of the condos!

Close to a pool but you have to drive to the beach. The water taxi is great!

Spent over two months there and kitchen supplies and drawers to keep clothing in were inadequate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs upgrading. There was no coffee table as pictured, no placemats, coasters, bath mats, hairdryer. Screen door was broken and some electrical wall switches didn’t work. The freezer part of fridge did not work and the dryer stopped running after first load. Office staff was very attentive to the problems and called for outside help, but nothing was fixed before we left. We were comped for the inconveniences.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to our scheduled condo unit only to find the unit dirty, blood on the walls, washer/dryer not working, the toilet filthy, and the drains plugged. When I told the manager she placed us in unit 2070. That unit was just as filthy, the microwave did not not work, and the lights in the kitchen did not work. We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for over twenty-five years and have never had anything like this before.

Not Happy

My stay was subpar. The TV remotes did not work. We tried using new batteries, but they still didn't work. I tried to send this message when I was asked about it my stay but the message didn't go through. Below, is my feedback: The stopper in the master bathroom doesn't work and it took longer to shower because we had to hold the stopper for the water to drain. The bed in the master bedroom on the right side of the bed is very lumpy like a bean bag. It felt like I was sinking the entire time. My back was hurting. A few things to note: the screen on the patio door was not on the henge when we arrived. We are not responsible for it being like that. I wasn't aware that the umbrella rule was in effect for the beach. We rented from Sandpiper years ago and was allowed to use our tent. I know that rules are rules, but those rules should apply to everyone. The worker on duty wouldn't allow us to set up because we had a tent. Another family had a tent as well, but he said that it was an umbrella. It was tent. It was square shaped, had poles, and shade on all 4 sides which makes it a tent. Unfortunately, we had to reload all of our belongings back into the vehicle in 110 degrees. We paid our money for this beach and didn't get to enjoy it. When I spoke to Frances about it, she was impolite to me. I called back and was put on hold for more than a minute. To say the least, my experience was unpleasant, and I will never rent from Sandpiper again. I will be sure to

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a little hesitant to book this condo at Sandpiper Cove because we are used to staying at a nearby high rise with ocean views. For the price to be so affordable, I was thinking there must be a catch. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the condo. Accommodations are always what makes or breaks a vacation for me. There was plenty of room to move around and not feel cramped. The washer dryer combo was great! The kitchen was big enough and the granite countertops was a nice upgrade. The mattress in the master was comfy, new pillows would be good, but we made it work. The couch and recliners were cozy, a little dated, but not unclean so that helped us settle in. Access to the beach was a short drive or walk, what ever you prefer, and we had a nice view of the pool from the back deck. Staff was friendly and we met some other nice families. I highly recommend and would stay in unit 2070 again.

It Could of Been Better

It seemed that maybe the unit owner was making improvements, but rented out the unit. The screen door- screen broken, the rail on the back patio was just about unattached on one side, pillows and mattresses were not very sleep worthy, doors on the laundry area were off the hook. I went for a relaxing time, but I was worried basket case that my child would hang on balcony rail and fall off. The beds in second room are so close that when waking at night knocked our heads on top bunk. Pl
