This place was just perfect for our large family! Plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out, and playing games. Our family loved the pool (which felt like a resort pool) and the patio was so large. We played table tennis, foos ball, and the big kids and younger ones really enjoyed playing billiards! The dock was great for fishing and sitting and enjoying the water view. Probably the best house we have even rented for our get togethers. We certainly hope to return soon.

Very clean and absolutely amazing house! The pool was awesome, fishing off the dock was great and there was always something to entertain everyone between the books and games and water activities! There’s a note in the garage that we were welcome to use the pool & sand toys and fishing equipment. We even bought a few things to leave behind as well! The only ‘issues’ we had were the bugs outside because the pest repellent system did not work. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Beautiful property. Amenities were great, fully functional kitchen, pool table, ping-pong, table, dock for the boat, really everything you need for a fun vacation spot. There are plenty of shops nearby. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

This is our second year staying at Joe’s and once again, did not disappoint! Plenty of space for multiple families including plenty of parking. Already thinking of staying again next year! Making memories is what this home offers and more!

Perfect Spot!

Our stay was perfect! We had several soccer players at the IMG Showcase Tournament and this was a perfect place to relax between games. We were 20 minutes from the field and it was nice to have a retreat to relax and stretch out vs a hotel. Also great to have a nature preserve in walking distance with miles of hiking and running trails! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a Family vaca

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room. Lots of beds. The kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We cooked alot (even did our turkey Thanksgiving meal) and the kitchen was so well stocked - had everything we needed. Great place for a family.

Ideal place for large groups

We just stayed at this house for the second time and once again it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for large groups and a wide variety of amenities including a great pool, hot tub, dock, pool table, and ping pong table. I’d recommend this house to anyone.

Team trip

We stayed there as a youth (16 year old) girls soccer team and it was perfect! We travel every month and stay at lots of different rental homes; this home had everything we needed and worked perfect. You WILL need bug spray but everything was as described and great for a large home.

Bradenton Trip

Pool area is fantastic. Covered area for shade/protection from rain. Works well for large groups. Dock access is nice. Feedback from the group is that the mattresses all need to be replaced.

What an amazing place for our group of 9. Kids talked all week about our mansion. Plenty of space indoors and out. With red tide the pool/spa area was where we spent most of our week. Great home with everything anyone would need. Highly recommend.

Guys golf trip

We came to the area for our annual golf trip. The house accommodated 12 men perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of amenities to keep us busy all week. We had one small issue with the hot tub and maintenance came out the same day and took care of it. Would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Place for Family Vacation

The property was wonderful with great pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong and dock on the bay. Also preserve nearby for hiking and kids playground. Great location - very quiet, yet relatively close to beaches. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, with pool cleaner and yard work done midweek while we were there. Owner was gracious and super helpful, even mailing us some items we forgot and left behind. Property was everything it was advertised to be and then some.

Great place for family vacation

This property was great for large/multi-generational families. Lots of games to play, pool/beach equipment, outside refrigerator and large extra ice maker. Pool area was great, extra spa and dock for boat. Only recommendations: pool spa needs cleaning as it has mold/mildew on sides facing pool; only found one dish towel for drying dishes and back yard wasn’t mowed and grass was very tall not allowing for yard games we brought (corn hole, ladder golf and bocce ball).

Fabulous Oasis

Beautiful home and area.... our entire family came down and it was amazing! The outdoor area was amazing and there was so much to do! Bring bug spray because the no see-ums are horrible, but that's all over Florida! Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to relax and have fun!!!!! The owner is super nice and responsive!!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!!

Backyard paradise

They only thing we didnt like about our stay was the weather but the heated pool and hottub more than made up for it. Lots of things to do around the house too -pool and ping pong. Property manager was very responsive when wifi stopped working. Great house with plenty of bedrooms and well equiped kitchen
