The drive to the home is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic views of the Intracoastal waters and stunning neighboring homes. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a large circular driveway and a charming gated entry with a Spanish-style flair. There’s even a lovely garden area where you can sit and relax.Step through the double doors into the grand foyer, and you’ll be amazed by the spaciousness and breathtaking views — the exterior simply doesn’t capture the true size and elegance of this home. Inside, you’ll find six roomy bedrooms, a cozy family room, a game room with a pool table, two dining areas, and a large inviting pool.I can’t wait to stay here again — you’ll absolutely love it!

Amazing stay

This was the perfect house for a lowkey beach weekend with several of my good girlfriends! Plenty of rooms for everyone as well as seating and entertainment areas, not to mention the heated pool!

It was the perfect house to host our large family
we lounged by the pool and laughed with family! So many memories made during this family trip! The house exceeded our expectation! Definitely will come back! Loved the house, the area
only downfall was the traffic! But still worth it just allow a lot of extra time!

Great Spring Training / Beach Trip for a Guys Weekend

We stayed here for our annual Spring Training Boys Trip and had a great time. Was perfect for watching March Madness, poker games, KanJam, beach trips, and easy commutes to Spring Training Baseball games. The house is divided up nicely such that it basically affords for 3 different areas of the house that each have their own bathroom. Each person on the trip had their own room and shared a bathroom with one other person who was staying in the same part of the house. The house is REALLY spacious and there is plenty of room to congregate or break off into smaller group/personal space. We found everything we needed there including plenty of towels, beach chairs (which we did not use), everything needed to cook meals, 2 grills, and even poker chips! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a spacious place to get away with a larger family or a group of friends!

Friends Getaway!

Our stay was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do it justice on how large the house actually was. We loved playing pool, swimming and the quick drives to the beach. There were so many places to hangout within the house and large open rooms to gather as a large group. The kitchen was filled with everything you would need which made are group dinners so easy. If we could go back next week we would! I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall AMAZING!!

Excellent property for large groups!

This property was outstanding for the large group we had (8 adult males). We were searching all over for a property that would accept large groups and be able to accommodate everyone’s sleeping arrangements. From the beginning, the host was very helpful with the check in process and allowed us to come a few hours early. The house was clean and very well kept. This place is huge! While gathering in the main area and outside, it was almost impossible to hear the commotion when trying to sleep while others were awake having fun. The upstairs is a great addition and honestly was not used nearly enough during our trip. When booking the property we were excited about the pool table but the table is in rough shape. The table is not level and made it impossible to play. The pool was our favorite part and where we spent most of our time! It was heated prior to our arrival and bearable even with the cooler Florida weather. If you are going to book this property make sure to have transportation as it’s a bit far to walk to the highly populated areas for drinks, restaurants, etc. Overall this stay was excellent and we had an absolute blast at this property. The host was super nice and available for any questions we had. Highly recommend booking this beautiful property as it’s very unique and only a short drive to the beach!

A truly amazing experience

This home was such a joy to stay in. We were staying for my birthday and we had the BEST time. The house was fun and clean and overall awesome. It slept all 13 of us. I’d most definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Iowans Christmas Vacation in a sunny Florida Paradise

This home is very spacious and the pictures do not really do it justice. As a large family we were able to spend precious time together over Christmas vacation. We enjoyed the many gathering areas this home had to offer. There were times during our stay where we had some of our people doing puzzles, playing games and others upstairs at the poker table and even more gathered around the counters as we prepared several meals as a family. The kitchen was well equipped. We were also excited to be able to grill fresh seafood & burgers on the two gas grills. The large pool was an awesome hit, albeit a bit cool the young children didn’t seem to mind. The hosts provided swim toys and essential beach items which we were grateful for. Besides being able to gather comfortably in this eclectic homey place the best part was the location to grocery stores, restaurants, churches and the lovely beaches! Basically an 8 minute drive to anywhere. The neighborhood was welcoming, safe and family friendly. We enjoyed coffee outside, drinks on the patio & walks to admire the beauty of Bradenton. Alyson was a gracious host and so very helpful and attentive! We will definitely plan to stay again!

Poorly maintained but could be great

I stayed here with my family, my sister's family, and our parents on Dec 13-15, 2024. The location and size of the house was great, but everything in the April 2024 review is accurate. A very similar review from late Nov was left in the guest book at the house.The house is not properly maintained. There were used toiletries and nail clippers in the bathroom drawers, old newspapers and personal items on tables that led us to believe the house had not been properly cleaned. The ice maker in the fridge was disgustingly dirty and full of black dirt. There was half used food in the pantry. Half the electrical plugs and light don't work. The roof deck was full of holes and rotting.The pool lanai is not only damaged, it was in a horribly unsafe state - the entire wall panel was ripped off, with 5 rusty screws sticking out of what remained. Rusty screws were on the pool deck - my 3 year old picked one up within 30 seconds of us going outside. The cushions on the patio furniture were covered in dirt, the pool was full of dirt and bugs and could not be used. The deck umbrella was in the pool when we arrived. We could not use the outside space at all because it was too unsafe/dirty for the children to be out there. We understand that the hurricane caused damage, but at a minimum the deck area should have been cleaned up. More confusing, the hosts told us they lived next door and so we don't understand how they didn't see the state it was in, or do a once-over before we arrived.
