The space
Amazing 5-bedroom 3-bathroom house was recently renovated inside out and has a brand new heated pool and spa guests will love. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk and can be used as a functional home office during your stay.
2 very comfortable twin size roll away beds are provided increasing the sleep configuration to 14 adults + 1 infant / toddler crib, sleeping total of 15.
Even though this wonderful home sleeps 15 in order to make it affordable for smaller parties, we keep our base price for 8 guests and charge additional $15 per person per night over 8 guests.
Along with a crib, we provide a toddler swing and high chair for the comfort of your baby and save you packing and carrying things for the youngest in your family so that you can enjoy a nice vacation in your home away from home.
Relax with a drink in your hand by the pool, entertain by the grill, or play games with your friends in the yard. There is plenty of grass on the side yard for outdoor games like bocce, corn-hole, and more. We have provided a bocce set, pool beer pong and pool hammock pictures of which are provided in the listing.

This modern home has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in beautiful Indio. You have all the space you need for your getaway. The dining table seats 10. The smart TV is equipped with apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc., you can use if you have subscriptions to those accounts.

We welcome pets however require a flat fee of $100 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Per standard practices in Palm Springs valley, pool + spa heat is optional, for $100 per night. If you'd like to heat the pool or spa, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to turn on the heater on your check-in day. We recommend considering pool/spa heat between October-May.

Other things to note
Please keep in mind the noise ordinance. Music and Loud Noise restricted between 10pm - 8am. Noise violations will results in fees starting $500.

Check in is after 4pm, and check out is no later than 10am. Unfortunately early check-in/late check-out are typically not possible due to occupancy rate and the cleaning window required between each booking. In case you need early check-in or late check-out please inquire with your host and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can schedule our cleaners accordingly.
