We had a fabulous stay for our 3 week horse show. The house and host were fantastic. We do this trip every year and hope to book this house every year! Thank you so much Joseph. We had a great time!!

We had an amazing New Year stay at this house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the host was very responsive and kind. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely book again. Highly recommended!

Our experience with VRBO and Joseph was fantastic from start to finish! The booking process was simple and seamless, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We came for a lacrosse tournament with multiple families and there was so much space for all of us. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how easy the entire experience was. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable vacation rental experience!

A beautiful perfect home for our stay.

We had a wedding to attend at the old Polo Estates. Joseph’s home was a beautiful perfect home for our Family stay. The home has everything we needed and more!! The backyard is gorgeous. I highly recommend this home for your stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Great property!

We are a family of 6 with young adults and this place had plenty of room for everyone. House is in a great location and close to everything. Super clean and just as pictured. It was a plus to be able to heat the pool and hot tub, especially for a December stay. It has everything you need, and the snacks provided were a extra touch. Joseph was super responsive and a great host.

Great way to relax in the desert heat

This property is exactly what we were looking for to conclude our California swing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for morning and evening swims while the game room and spacious living room and kitchen made for an enjoyable retreat from the afternoon sun. Joe was a fantastic host. Everything as advertised! Will be doing this again in the future!

Beautiful Desert Oasis

I cannot say enough about this house and property. Joseph made the whole rental and check-in and out experience simple and seamless. He willingly accomodated a few special requests we had without question. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. The ranch style open floor plan would be great for a family or group of friends. We stayed in the beautiful Master. The bed was so comfortable, the lighting was excellent, and everything you could need is provided including a pack n play crib and high chair in the master closet. The backyard is an enetertainer's gem. The salt water pool and spa were crystal clear and so refreshing. The built in BBQ area with fridge and sink made outdoor meal prep a snap. There is plenty of outdoor seating and shade. We enjoyed ourselves so much and look forward to planning another trip in the future.

Indio Oasis

Our 2 family group had an excellent time at the Indio Hideaway/Oasis. The pool and hot tub brought endless joy to our kids (and ourselves) and the bedrooms, accessories, setup and overall well appointed house worked perfectly for us. The fire-pit with beautiful broken glass decoration was awesome for the chilly nights and the grill likewise worked great and helped make for an awesome enclosed getaway experience all the way around. We truly had a great time! The only thing worth noting is that the cost of heating the pool and the hot tub is $100/day ($50/day for just the hot tub). As I would have liked for this info to be more obvious I am adding it to the review. Sounds like this is a standard charge for the Palm Springs area. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning ourselves! Thanks Joseph and Karen for a wonderful week in Indio!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We came to Indio to get away for Christmas break and visit family who live in the area. We wanted to host Christmas Eve dinner so we need a big place with a great kitchen as well as a pool and hot tub for the kids. Well this place has everything for a larger family. The house is amazing and has everything you need to make it home while you stay. We loved the living room and kitchen area that walked out to the pool and patio area. Each kid has their own room with TVs and comfy beds. The master suite is gigantic and has everything you need to feel like you are home away from home. The kids loved swimming in the pool each day and we didn't really want to leave the house. We probably played about 10 hours of air hockey combined. It was wonderful to have a washer and dyer so we could put our wet towels in there and dry them off. Everything about the house is wonderful and the communication with the host was first class. We truly felt like we were staying in our own home. We are already planning our next trip out there and will hopefully stay here again. It has plenty of space for people to be comfortable when they need a break from family and it had a great common areas where we could all be together. It also had all the dishes and things for the kids like a pack and play, high chair and plastic plates. The house is perfect for any family with kids to get away for a bit and to also feel like you are on vacation. The pool was excellent ( just need to pay for the heat each day) and there was nothing better than sitting in the sunchairs and relaxing as the kids played in the pool. The front part of the pool is shallow so our 3 year old could be safe and splash around in knee deep water while our older one could dive for lost treasure. Overall, just a great place to stay.

Property and the house were very clean and well maintained. It's very family friendly, lots of beds to sleep in. My grand-niece was like a little fish, in a new pond. She never wanted to get out of the pool. Use of the washer and dryer was handy. The mini fridge in the bonus bedroom was nice. We recommend that the A/C be turned on prior to new renters arrive in the bonus bedroom. It was very hot in there and took some time to get it cooled. Also, some of beds were very hard and firm. I myself didn't mind them. Great for my back. Loved the number of TV's including the one outside by the pool. The pool lights and the outdoor lighting was a nice touch. It took us a day to find the control panel. The grill area was a great setup and was used a couple of times. It worked great and everything came out delicious. The check in and out process was smooth. Our host Joseph was great and very quick and responsive with answering our questions and needs. I would recommend this property for large families. It was quiet and peaceful most of the time. One night there was an event going on behind the property. It wasn't too loud but noticeable but it was over by 11 p.m. Overall a great fun trip. We would definitely do it again and come back. Thank you Joseph!!!
