This unique hillside home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, making the most of its elevated setting and sweeping views.

The main entrance is on the upper level, where you’ll find the heart of the home. This top floor features a spacious kitchen, an open family room, dining area, a cozy pool table room, the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with a nearby full bathroom. Large windows bring in natural light and frame breathtaking views of the city and surrounding desert.

Because the home is built into the hillside, the lower level isn’t underground—instead, it opens directly out to the pool and spa area, making it perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Downstairs, you'll find a relaxed TV room and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. It’s an ideal setup for families or groups who want space to spread out, with plenty of room for both gathering and quiet retreat.

Whether you're cooking dinner with a view upstairs or heading down for a swim and sunset soak, the layout of this home offers comfort, privacy, and seamless access to the best of Tucson’s beauty.

There is a 2 hour cap per day on using the spa with 1 hour heating separate per owners stipulation/ please communicate if you prefer morning or night so we can set the app to the desired two hours for the spa
This pool is heated by propane so there are some fluctuations in temperature as the system has to turn on and off to maintain
