Beau terrain paysager, sécurité 24h / 24 et nombreuses commodités pour vos vacances avec piscine communautaire en front de mer, court de tennis, salle de vélo, barbecue au rez-de-chaussée avec tables de pique-nique pour dîner à l'extérieur

Cette unité joliment décorée surplombe la piscine avec un balcon en bord de mer. Le bâtiment a un ascenseur à chaque étage pour votre commodité. Des installations de blanchisserie de pièces à chaque étage. Parking réservé pour 2 voitures.

Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Interdiction de fumer. Occupation: 6. Parking pour deux véhicules.

Le complexe de la station One exige que tous les véhicules affichent un laissez-passer de stationnement émis par HOA lorsqu'ils sont garés sur le terrain afin d'éviter toute citation. Les laissez-passer sont strictement appliqués et limités à deux par unité de location; aucune exception ne peut être faite. Toutes les réservations nécessitent des cartes de stationnement qui seront émises par le bureau de la réception de la station 1 au titulaire de la réservation au moment de l’enregistrement.

** À compter du 2 janvier 2019, le linge de maison sera compris dans toutes les locations de vacances de 5 à 21 nuits pour cet établissement. Wrightsville stay

The location is perfect for beach, restaurants, Wilmington. Also good for two couples. There was an issue that guest bed was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is not fun to be on vacation and not get a good night’s sleep.

Long Weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend. I loved being oceanfront and still sit on the balcony and read even if it's a rainy day. We will absolutely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it daily. There was an oceanfront view that we enjoyed all day long. The management was accessible and responsive to an issue we had. Would definitely use again!!

Perfect Location

May was the perfect location for the family wedding in Wrightsville Beach we attended and the visiting with family in Wilmington. Of course the view and easy access to the beach made this location perfect. While the weather wasn't great being so easy to get to the beach for a short but sweet walk was easy and then back to the May to take in the wonderful view. And to be walking distance to so much was a great bonus. PERFECT LOCATION!

Just Right on Wrightsville

We enjoyed our stay and the unit had most everything we could have wanted/needed. The 'newly remodeled' part of the listing did lead us to believe the entire condo had been renovated. The kitchen and main area definitely has been, but the bathrooms could still use some updating/new fixtures. That didn't adversely affect our stay, but was not quite as expected. The ducts and registers could definitely use a good cleansing though. Mold is apparent (we realize this is a common coastal issue) and that could cause major health issues if not continually addressed. Everything else seemed clean though. The view and proximity to the water were our main priorities, and this unit definitely delivers on that!

The decor was fantastic and the high back wingback chairs and sofa were extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay in this unit again. Only recommendation I would have is to add a second chair which has a back on the balcony.

Great renovated large space with perfect view

Two nice bathrooms and beautiful full kitchen as well. Master bedroom opens to the oceanfront large balcony. Great corner unit, nicely tucked into corner of the pool area and beach. Played tennis on a nice court as well. We will be staying here again!

Spacious condo, super clean, perfect location.

We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. Loved how you could walk to shops and restaurants. The mexican restaurant Tower 7 was awesome. The Workshop across the street had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There was a market walking distance to grab essentials. The Oceanic just a 2 minute drive was a great place for dinner with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but not as clean as it should have been. The porch had sand and dirt on the floor that had been there for a while. The vent in the spare bathroom had black dirt which could have been mold. I sprayed and cleaned it.

Owner needs to reconsider balcony furniture, especially for families with children. High bar table that’s the same height as balcony rail is safety issue for climbing toddlers. Bar stools very uncomfortable for elderly family members who enjoy sitting comfortably on balcony.Guest bedroom ceiling fan and light did not work

Won’t stay in this unit again

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Bryant is great! Communication, questions answered and overall friendly staff.-Proximity to beach and restaurants was great -Security of property. I actually liked that we had to unlock a door to get in the building.-The kitchen updates looked good and appliances were great. Cons: the unit is not as pictured and I will not be staying in this particular unit again.-The bathrooms were not cleaned to what we’re accustomed to on vacation. -They honestly could use a DEEP clean and whatever the cleaning service used to clean had a strong smell that stuck around.-The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we went and bought a mattress topper. -Not enough comfortable seating in living room for our family of 5-The tiny trash can in the kitchen was not big enough -No proper balcony furniture, which stinks bc the view is incredible ***I did overlook that the unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in it. There is a shared laundry on the floor, but the last thing I wanted to do was sit with our laundry 😂
