Welcome to Sol and Sand, a newly refreshed, family- and dog-friendly beach house just ¼ block from the sand in Silver Strand. This is the kind of place that makes beach days effortless—morning coffee on the wrap-around balcony with ocean views, a wagon stocked with beach gear ready to roll, and plenty of space for everyone to relax together.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire two-story home, including all indoor living spaces, patios, and parking areas.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal and sent again by text on the day of arrival.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

With bedrooms on both floors, multiple patios, and an open, relaxed layout, there’s room for everyone to spread out—without losing that together-at-the-beach feeling. You’re just four houses from the ocean, so grab the wagon, load up the chairs, and head straight to the sand.
