À quelques pas du sable, cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances fantastiques. Entièrement rénové avec des finitions exquises, notamment des planchers en travertin et en bois dur, des comptoirs en granit et des moulures couronnées. Vous pouvez vous détendre sur un canapé en plein air et voir et entendre l'océan depuis le luxe de la maison ou vous pouvez marcher quelques pas pour découvrir un paradis de plage vierge. Les 3 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée, y compris une immense chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante, des portes françaises donnant sur la cour, des puits de lumière et des placards. La cuisine, le salon et le pont enveloppant sont tous à l'étage avec une vue sur l'océan, ce qui le rend parfait pour se divertir.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July at this property! The outdoor spaces are wonderful as are the spacious bathrooms and well stocked kitchen! We easily walked to the beach and enjoyed a local golf cart parade, fireworks and local eateries as well! We absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

We loved staying here and being steps from the beach. It’s close to Kiddie Beach too. The ocean view patio area is a great place to hang out when it’s warm. The house had everything we needed. The beds are all comfy and decor was beautiful. The kitchen was a nice size and had had an ocean view. We definitely plan to stay again and look forward to it.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house is in such a great location with such a quick walk to the beach. We walked out for the sunset each night, as well as hung out there during the day. The house was very clean, check-in was easy, and the house was fully stocked with everything for the beach. We also enjoyed the patio and the backyard. We'd love to come back.

Location and the Beach

This was one of my favorite homes! The location to the beach was right down the road and the view from the beautiful deck was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and it was so nice to stay somewhere with little or no traffic! The beds were very comfy and house was so clean. Communication with the host was great. Can’t wait to come back!

Silverstand beach house

We had an amazing time at the house. The highlight was how close the beach was. We could see and hear the ocean from the deck and it was less than a two minute walk away to access the beach. We also loved the natural light in the house and the backyard was great for us and our dog. Overall, we had a great time and our host, Sandra was such a delight. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Would have been much better if the weather would have cooperated. Cold & rainy. Our only complaint is that the furnace didn't heat the master suite very well.

Girls Weekend

We had a lovely girls weekend at your home. The fire pit, and large deck lead to plenty of girl talk and laughter. The kitchen was easy to cook meals in. The beach was so close during the day. We hope to make this an annual event.

Best weekend ever!

I don't want to praise this property so much that we can't get it again, but it was just perfect! Loved the spacious rooms and the wraparound deck was where we spent most of our time! Thank you Sandra for an amazing, family filled Mother's Day weekend!! We can't wait to return ~ and hopefully have sunshine!! Fabulous!

This was the perfect house for 3 old friends. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the store. The upstairs lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the unit and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. This was our second time at this property and we will definitely book this place again.

Check in was easy. The house itself was nice. The wrap around deck was the best. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. If it wasn’t for the two skylights in the master bedroom I probably would have slept longer ;)It took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Pepe’s tacos stand was a short bike ride away. Didn’t cook much so can’t say much about cookware, etc. all in all a very nice stay. Nice house, nice beach, nice neighborhood!

Location and host amazing, house wasn’t clean and we had to clean it, there were dog poops outside at patio, and the entrance mats were stinky of dog pee. But we took them out and cleaned the house for lime an hour or so .

Would stay here again. Beautiful deck with ocean view, great for hanging as a family. Well stocked kitchen and home. Able to walk to/from the beach! Amazing stay! Host is kind and easy to get ahold of. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect Beach Stay

My family of 6 stayed at this great beach house during our recent trip to California. The house is steps from the beach. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the spacious deck every day, listening to the waves and watching the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garage is packed full of toys for the beach including boogie boards, sand toys, kites, chairs, a wagon to haul it all and even a surf board. There are also kayaks for six, although we did not get to try them out. We did use the bicycles to explore the neighborhood. The owner, Sandy, checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great Location ....Lovely Beach Home

The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family of seven had a wonderful time staying in Oxnard. This property is a one minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach gear, and the hose in the front yard made it easy to rinse off as we went back and forth between the beach and house. The back yard and deck were great spaces for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and all of the instructions clear. We definitely want to come back!

I grew up in California and fell in love with Silver Strand Beach as it is still unspoiled and uncrowded. Everyone who lives in this small community is very mellow and welcoming. Its like Mayberry by the ocean. We remodeled this house without the intention of renting but are happy to share our beach retreat with others.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This beach house is tastefully decorated and has been totally remodeled with travertine and hardwood floors, thick crown molding, curved walls, skylights, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, walk in doorless travertine shower . All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, living room and 3rd bathroom are on the top floor along with a wrap around deck. All rooms on the top floor have ocean views which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining while only being steps from the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The best part of this house is the view of the beach from deck, kitchen and living room as well as being able to walk steps to the wonderfully uncrowded Silverstrand Beach. This house is so far from a public parking lot it is like a private beach just for you. We have very comfortable outdoor furniture for resting outside, listening to the waves and breathing the ocean air.
