L'unité ARRIÈRE comprend l'accès à toute la cour arrière, un abri d'auto, un ensemble de patio, de beaux arbres fruitiers et beaucoup de stationnement hors rue si nécessaire. Excellent accès facile aux musées, SAP, au centre de conventions de San Jose, à l'aéroport SJC à seulement 10 minutes, et aux grandes sociétés de haute technologie (eBay, Adobe, Netfix, Intel, Samsung, Apple, SJSU) Proche de tout, magasins, bibliothèque, marchés et ville Salle...
En tant que propriétaires de la maison, nous prenons très au sérieux la qualité et la gestion de chaque réservation. Nous frappons pour offrir la meilleure expérience de maison de vacances. Du linge de lit frais et nettoyé est fourni pour chaque enregistrement. Tous les draps, housses de couette et taies d'oreiller utilisés sont lavés et désinfectés à chaque fois que les clients partent. Nous avons obtenu la plupart de nos draps et housses de couette de marques bien connues telles que Calvin Klein & DKNY pour fournir le meilleur et le plus confortable et le matériel de haute qualité pour nos clients. Vous sentiriez la maison comme votre propre maison et auriez votre propre intimité.
L'unité est dans une maison neuve élégante et contemporaine de Craftsman, magnifiquement conçue et entretenue avec de nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers par le propriétaire de la maison. Vous aurez toute l'unité arrière (4 chambres et 3 salles de bain), Il y a 4 chambres avec trois lits queen, deux lits jumeaux et un matelas pneumatique. Espace ouvert pour manger, cuisine et salon. La cuisine a bien des appareils, un beau comptoir en quartz avec un dosseret de cuisine élégant. Il n'y a rien de plus impressionnant qu'un espace ouvert (cuisine, salle à manger et salon) qui profite d'une belle vue sur la cour arrière. Une fenêtre de 6 pieds de large apporte un éclairage lumineux pour toute la maison. Vous apprécierez le petit déjeuner dans une si belle matinée pendant que vous profitez de la belle vue sur la cour arrière à travers la grande fenêtre. Vous pouvez également regarder un tout nouveau téléviseur 55 pouces 4K dans le salon lorsque vous aimez manger.

Perfect Stay near Airport and Downtown

This Home Unit was very clean, every room was updated, and they had everything we could need. The covered parking on a driveway was also so appreciated. Great experience, we could not have been happier staying there, thank you for everything!

Great property, location, updated well, plenty of soaps, detergents, ect. The only issues were lack of silverware and the pillows we flat and lumpy. If they solved these two issues, it would be a 5 star from our family!

Small but very accommodating

Updated small charmer. The home had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was a bit underwhelming but still felt safe and very walkable. Comfy furniture and stocked well with items you need for your stay. Will definitely keep this home on our list for future visits to San Jose.

Cozy home near downtown San Jose

This a great unit that offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The unit had all the necessities and the host was easy to communicate with and check-in was very simple. We had a little trouble figuring out which remotes worked for the tv, but through trial and error was able to figure it out pretty quickly.

Beautiful remodeled home - wonderful owner.

Tina was wonderful to work with and everything worked as planned. The unit is lovely and all very clean and brand new. Very convenient location for both the airport and the San Jose Convention Center. The keypad entry was very convenient. We will absolutely request to stay here again next year when we return for our annual conference.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the house. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. If you have kids, be aware that there are no kid friendly dishes and the drinking glasses are really heavy glass. It's not an issue if you aren't traveling with little ones. We loved walking through the quiet neighborhood and admiring the gardens.

Great place close to downtown.

This is a newly refurbished house. Very nicely decorated. Very clean. All new appliances. Well appointed with coffee maker, toaster oven, cable TV, etc. Although the bedrooms and living area are small, it was nice to have four separate bedrooms.

Cozy getaway for 4

The weather cooperated and made our evenings on the patio memorable. We 3 sisters and a cousin enjoyed being able to walk to the Vegetarian place for lunch. Billy's was a short drive with fun antique shops nearby. Dinners were simple home cooked fare in the kitchen, but we had to run the dishwasher nightly for utensils and dishware. We each had our own bedroom and the walk in shower on the lower level was heavenly.

Very clean and quiet

We had a fantastic stay, even though we spent more time inside than we expected due to the weather. The house was very clean and well kept with a great guest book that had all the necessary information to use all the electronics, wifi and kitchen. Tina our host was very attentive and sent instructions for entry and check out in advance and was available by text for us. She was able to let us check in early which was great since it was raining and we cancelled our initial hike for that morning. We would stay again if we ever return to San Jose.

All sponges in unit were dirty- none clean available. Dust caked on coffee table. Only 3 regular sized glasses in unit so we had to buy disposable cups. Only one fry pan that was warped and very old. Only 2 dishwasher table left in unit for 4 day stay. Trash cans were not where check out instructions specified.

San Jose September twenty to twenty third

The original price for this four bedroom apartment was for three nights at a reasonable level. When we indicated the size of our group it significantly jumped. The explanation was unsatisfactory. Believe the information should be available initially for comparison purposes. Additionally the bedrooms were small and had to crawl over partner or end of bed to sleep. Also beds were noisy when just turning over. Pots and pans needed cleaning before use. No teaspoons available and other silverware was minimal. Do not recommend this property.

Perfect spot to anchor!

We were headed to San Jose for a wedding weekend and decided to extend our stay to tour around the area. Tina's home was the perfect spot for us to settle in for the week and then to take day trips north to Muir Woods / Stinson Beach / Sausalito / San Francisco and west to Henry Cowell Redwoods/ Natural Bridges Beach / Santa Cruz! The home is as pictured: completely updated, clean, and tidy. We rented this 4-bdrm "back unit" with the outside patio area, while our friends were able to get the 3-bdrm front unit. The location was close to San Jose State University and our kids enjoyed having access to the city's scooters (which they rode in their suits to the wedding!) Tina provides all of the necessities (soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, linens, iron/ironing board, etc) which is very helpful when flying in from across the country. The closets were empty and stocked with hangers for us to unpack. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and really appreciated the Starbucks coffee that was provided as well. Comfortable, clean and welcoming - a great week!

Family trip

Tina was a great host. It fit our family of 6 with a toddler comfortably. There were tons of towels and storage space for clothes and other items. We loved the complimentary house slippers. The backyard was nice to sit out at the table to enjoy meals or quiet time. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located. Our only complaints were that the knives were dull and the knife sharpener didn't work and the many bugs outside in the covered car port. All that was missing was an insect repelling light or lamp outside. Our daughter was bit several times by mosquitos.

Sophisticated urban lifestyle in NYC and natural beauty of the Bay Area are perfectly stunning to me as well! I am lucky! I have had both! I am an easy to talk with, fun to be with, bright, thoughtful, honest, and overall, an optimist. I love to travel and learn new things from different cultures. My favorite things to do are cooking, painting, music, dance and travel.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of the reason I really like downtown San Jose above most houses is that it's over 100 years old but every house there has its unique style and own character.
I'm the designer of this house, transforming this 100+ year old house last year from every corner of the interior and the exterior. I worked on this house for a year. My ideal home is a home with engaging aesthetics. I tried to keep its historical craftsmanship but brought a new idea of creating a contemporary look to this house as well!

Hopefully, all the guests love the home as well!
