~ Party Policy: Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Loud noise or music is not allowed at any time during your stay.

~ Pet Policy: Well-trained pets under 25 lbs are welcome. Please limit your pets to a maximum of 2. All pets must be disclosed and approved. Beyond the basic pet fee, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day, per pet for stays longer than 14 days. You are also fully responsible for any damages caused by your pets.

~ Pet Safety: Ensuring your pet’s safety is your responsibility.

~ Pet Behavior: To avoid disturbing neighbors, please ensure your pet does not bark excessively. Please keep pets leashed when outside and clean up after them to maintain a safe and clean environment. Pets are not allowed on the beds.

~ Guest Information: Provide a list of all adult guests upon confirming your reservation. IDs are required before check-in. Only guests named in the reservation are allowed on the premises. Please ask for pre approval if you have visitors. The maximum capacity of this property is 12 people, including all visitors. Guests shall not assign or sublease the property.

~ Security Cameras: For safety reasons, we set up security cameras OUTSIDE of the house. Cameras will be recorded during your reservation. Total are 5 cameras. 2 cameras face to the front yard and driveway. 1 doorbell camera for the front porch. 1 camera faces to the backyard. 1 camera faces to the side yard.

~ Food Safety: We do not provide unpackaged food items like oil or salt. Any unpackaged food left by previous guests is your responsibility to inspect for safety before use.

~ Item Safety: Any personal property, furnishings, or other items brought onto the property by you or your visitors are solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction, or loss of such items.

~ Lost and Found: For lost items, we will charge a $50 service fee plus mailing costs to return items to you if we found it.

~ Illegal Activity: No illegal downloading is permitted.

~ Weapons: Weapons are strictly prohibited.

~ Host Rights: Host and co-host reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable times and with reasonable notice for inspection purposes. If there is a reasonable belief of imminent danger to any person or property, the host and co-host may enter the property without prior notice.
