Guests will have complete and exclusive access to this beautiful and cozy 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom home and beautiful back yard. The entire house is WI-FI enabled. The house consists of 4 bedrooms - with comfortable queen size beds and SMART TV; s, 2 baths and a fully equipped Kitchen, large dining room and Living room. Queen Sofa bed in living room can accommodate +2 guests. The house is approximately 1500 sqft. Spacious backyard with BBQ and outdoor dining. Open layout floor plan. Parking in 2 car garage and on driveway and street parking. Why stay in a hotel, when you can have a 4 BR/2BA comfortable home? SORRY NO PARTIES/ FUNCTIONS/EVENTS AT THIS HOME.

Law school graduation

Family from Guam and SoCal came to San Jose for graduation at Santa Clara law school. It was a bit further east than anticipated but still convenient to go to Santa Clara and Santa Cruz. The house was big enough to keep the peace and the backyard was a pleasant place to hang out.

10 day hip surgery recovery

Home close to Kaiser Hospital and easy to navigate in walker after hip surgery. Immaculate. Everything we needed for basic cooking. Close to amenities. Very pleased.

Loved this little house. Was exactly as described! The back yard was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beds were comfy. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage. Not a super busy neighborhood, but has easy access to the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family House Rental

We stayed here over the weekend. The house is in a safe quiet area of South side San Jose. The host was kind and quick in getting back to us when we had any questions. Overall, we had a great stay here. We definitely recommend it.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was a great location for our family event we were in town for. Walking distance to a local grocery store, Starbucks, donut shop and other dining. Safe and clean neighborhood. Within a few miles of tons more shopping and services in multiple directions. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would absolutely stay again at this home.

Vacation to Monterey and Santa cruz

Amazing home to have multi families staying together. The house has amazing updates, decor, set up. I do wish there was another couch for more seating in the living room. The bathrooms are all updated, great closet space in each room, open kitchen. Our stay was for a birthday vacay and it’s a good middle ground for visiting the towns against the coast! 1 hr to Monterey and 1 hr to Santa Cruz!! Very nice location for our family. Can’t wait to stay there again when we make another vacation in the area!

Perfect Fit

We booked this home to accommodate my husband and I and our four adult children, while we attended a family reunion. This home was a perfect fit for all of us. First night we discovered no hot water. I contacted Gwen & Eric -problem immediately taken care of…the pilot light was out. Such a comfortable home.with all the pleasures of home. Fabulouso!

Cute House

This is a very cute house in the Blossom Valley/Santa Teresa area of San Jose. The house was very clean and met all of our needs while visiting friends and family. The host was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in San Jose.

Such Comfort In San Jose

I visit San Jose often to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law. This home was centrally located with grocery stores in any direction, Target within a few miles and all our family within a 10 minute drive. There are so many restaurants in the area we had a hard time chosing which restaurant to have dinner at! This trip I included my Mom who is 82 years old for the visit. The home was very easy walking for her around the house and into the back patio space. There are four (4) spacious bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. Three of the four rooms had their own TV so each person could retreat as they wanted. I would most definitely return to this home.

Nice house but frustrating check-in

Rented this property for an out of state family vacation for us, and friends who live in CA. Owner had good communication in the days leading to our arrival, and provided a lengthy list of rules we had to follow. When we got to the house, the entry code wouldn't work after several attempts. We tried contacting the owner through the VRBO app, but after 45 minutes without a response we called VRBO customer service. After a while on hold, they were able to provide us with the owners phone number and email address. However, even with that, we (and VRBO) were still unable to reach the owner. It was almost 3 hours before she responded, saying she was at the airport about to board a plane, and we must have entered the code wrong. Someone else then grabbed her phone and said they gave us an old code, had reset it for us, and to try again with a new code. They said if we continued to have problems to contact her business partner, whose information was provided only after the owner contacted us with the new code. They offered no apologies and no one reached out to ensure we made it inside. The house was clean and had the basics, though it could use some minor repairs. Access to a washer and drier is a nice bonus. Overall, it's better than hotel rooms for hanging out with old friends. Not having any access to the owner at check-in time was extremely frustrating as we were stranded for 3 hours around dinner time with young kids.
