Wonderful stay

This was our second trip to the property! Our family had a wonderful time the pool was a great space for us with two small kids under 10 when we didn’t want beach time. The house was cozy and very well stocked for our needs! We can’t wait to come back.

Family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood

We (family of four with an 8 and 10 yr old) loved our 2-week stay at Sea Pines. The house was as advertised. The kitchen and living room provided ample space with convenient amenities and furniture. The kids loved the room with the trundle bed. The main bedroom was also very nice with the en suite bathroom. The pool was fantastic. We looked forward to getting back to the pool after a day at the beach. There are pool toys for the kids too. We rented bikes to get around Sea Pines which we would highly recommend. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores.

Seapines vacation

We enjoyed our stay in sea pines. The pool was much bigger than expected, my children enjoyed all the different pool toys. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood of seapines. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. Would recommend this house for another family.

Wonderful property

This property is wonderful and tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood but still very close to amenities . There is plenty of space for a family and the house is stocked with everything you might need . The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions . The pool was the biggest hit for our family. We would definitely love to return to this home if we visit again.

The house was clean and well-equipped. It is close to the Sea Pines Gate, but a greater distance to beach access. The pool was clean and refreshing. I highly recommend 20 Acorn!

Loved the house and pool

Our family enjoyed our vacation at Sea Pines. The kids loved having a pool at the house along with nearby access to the beach. It made it easy to entertain the kids all day. The location of the property is nice to be able to get to a lot of activities in a short amount of time. House was nicely decorated with plenty of amenities and the owner quickly responded to messages.

1st Time to Hilton Head!

The Sea Pines property was fantastic it exceeded our expectations. The pool looked a little small in pictures, but turned out to be a perfect size. Rooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The location of the house was fantastic and owners were a pleasure to deal with, looking forward to futures stays at this home. It was our first time to Hilton Head and it was an absolute dream. The bike riding, beaches, chill vibe and close proximity to anything you need. Hilton Head is the Perfect family destination!!

1st Sea Pines Stay

We have always rented a condo for our previous visits (20+ yrs). This was our 1st time renting a house and staying in Sea Pines. The house exceeded our expectations. Pool was larger than it looked in the listing. House was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was very timely. Really enjoyed our stay.

We fully enjoyed a week here with our little ones (6 & 8) - contrary to other vacation rental experiences, we found it better than the photos. The inside had plenty of comfortable space, a beautiful open kitchen, and the deck/pool were a blast to hang out on. Location is great. Very quiet neighborhood but just past the gates to sea pines, making for quick trips to supermarkets/restaurants/coligny. Owner is helpful and quick to respond. Despite our long drive to HHI, we'd love to return.

Great house

House was exactly as described. It's very conveniently located at the front (but still far enough to not feel like it's at the front) of the very large community. The pool was perfect with a large sun shelf for the little kids who can't swim to hang out (with supervision). There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids from 1 to 11) and the house didn't feel tight at all. We would definitely consider this location for a future visit to Hilton Head. Pam was easy to get ahold of and was very friendly with answering questions.

Christmas in our Happy Place!

This property is so well kept and so comfortable and homey! I could have just moved right in. Loved it! We so enjoyed our winter get away and a chance to reset after a long, hard year. It was just what we needed as a family and we actually ended up spending A LOT of time at the house, just being. It was truly a blessing. We would totally recommend this house. Pamela was great and got back with me very timely anytime I needed something. This stay also helped us with ideas and plans for a place of our own there someday. 5 STARS all the way.

Beautiful Home w/ Amazing Comforts!

This home is not only extremely easily accessible once in Sea pines, its incredibly convenient to nearly everything you will need while staying there. If most of you are not familiar with Sea pines it is a very large community and can take 15 mins or more just to reach the back areas. The owner was easily accessible for us and easy to communicate with. Her home is very well decorated, kept very clean, and very inviting! The pool outside was perfect for us and our children as well as the Grill and the outside seating areas. This unit is perfect for any couples staying together on the island or multi-family units who need a cozy home to be in while visiting HH. There were 2 issues we found to be bothersome though - One, being with the home's water pressure specifically in the guests bathroom. . . It is non-existent! I am assuming a plumber needs to open the wall and address the pipes b/c the handle was inoperable and the water trickled out of the spicket....so unfortunately we didnt use the bathroom AT ALL while we were there b/c we didnt want to cause any further issues behind the wall we didnt see. This was particularly hard as we were a large group. the Second issue has nothing to do with the home but with Sea Pines. they will charge each one of your guests who come over to see you and 8$ a day charge - unavoidable! We were told we would have to contact the "owner of the home" to get any other passes called in... you can understand why we never called the owner as were not going to be bothering them EVERY SINGLE day to ask they call in extra pass so a friend or family could come visit and not incur a fee. Overall my family members incurred over 70$ in fees coming to visit us during the week. Just something to consider.

Personal Oasis

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Hilton Head and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was everything we hoped for—and more!The outdoor amenities were the true highlight. The private pool was crystal clear and perfectly maintained, making it a favorite spot. Right next to the pool, the outdoor kitchen with television was a game-changer. It felt like our own personal resort. My little kids enjoyed watching their favorite Disney movies while they swam and the older kids loved watching their shows outdoors after the little kids went to bed.The home itself was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen inside had everything we needed for meals and snacks. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, but just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and local shops.We rented bicycles from Cross Island bike rentals and they delivered the bicycles directly to the house and picked them back up the day before our departure back home. The entire process was easy and the employees were soo kind. We had an accidental “oopsie” our last day where my stepson parked on top of one of the pop-up sprinklers by the sidewalk but I contacted Pam immediately and she was soo very understanding and gracious. She was prompt in getting someone to come out and look at it so I didn’t have to worry the entire drive home. If you are looking for a home with all the bells and whistles and close to just about everything, THIS is the one!

wonderful home with a lovely pool oasis!

this was our first time staying in this particular part of Sea Pines. The house was very convenient to the Harris Teeter shopping center, including several restaurants and the movie theater. It was a little farther from the beach then we realized, but we enjoyed a 20 to 25 minute bike ride to the beach each day, on the mostly shaded paths. At the end of the day, we appreciated the wonderful outdoor pool area, as well as nicely stocked kitchen, and comfy beds.

This unit was clean and spacious with a nice pool area, I rented this space for a split vacation with my family for the first 4 nights and girlfriends for the remaining 3 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. When I arrived I was shocked to find that there was a security camera pointing directly into the pool area where my children and I would be swimming, this made me uncomfortable but we decided to make the best of it and things went well until my family left and friends arrived. While everyone arrived we decided to listen to music by/in the pool with the speaker provided on site. The neighbor arrived in the backyard unannounced at 6pm to ask that we turn the music down which we did. A little later a friend noticed there was a burning smell coming from the master bathroom, so the fire department was called to look into the matter, the fan had burned out and told us if we would’ve waited until later the unit would’ve likely burned down. They disconnected it and told us to have the owner replace it. During this time the neighbor again showed up but this time walked through the front door of the home without knocking, the FD told her what was going on and she said she was updating the owner, we asked her not to enter the home without being invited again. The fact that she done this made us all uneasy about privacy and safety. The owner then messaged and was very rude, accusing us of leaving the fan on and causing the damage ( after speaking to my husband I learned it never worked during our stay so this must’ve been an issue prior), saying she felt like she was dubed since it appeared we were partying and this wasn’t a resort( the unit is located in Sea Pines RESORT) when I reminded her that I told her girlfriends would be joining me and that if she wasn’t comfortable she could have declined the reservation she stated that we wouldn’t have been in HHI right now if it wasn’t for her and we wouldn’t have been able to find anything else. I booked early enough that I’m quite sure we would’ve had no issues finding another unit. Also she stated we had the music up too loud and after 10, we only used the speaker provided and were in bed at 1030. This owner was awful and unprofessional and it’s a shame because the unit itself is nice. We are all healthcare professionals who just wanted to get away to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the beach, DO NOT BOOK this unit if you want privacy and a kind owner.

Great place & host

Vacationed in Hilton Head for first time this year. Wasn't sure what to expect or where to stay. This place was perfect. Centrally located so going north or south was super easy/convenient. House was very clean and well kept. Great communication leading up to rental w/fast informative replies. Host even reached out day after a lovely tropical storm blew thru (our first time experiencing) to make sure we were ok and see if anything was needed. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks.
