Step into the serene comfort of our newly renovated historic home nestled in the heart of Samoa. This delightful retreat features two bedrooms, each including a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom offers easy access with an bathroom right outside of the hall, and the upstairs bedroom includes a convenient half bathroom, as well as a fold out ottoman (folds out to a twin size bed) for overflow guests, or a child. Experience tailored comfort year-round with our efficient mini-split heating and cooling system in multiple zones of the house, as well as a charming wood stove in the living room to create the ultimate cozy ambience.

Every corner of the house reflects modern luxury, from the stunning wall-to-ceiling tiled stand-up shower to the sleek stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit dishwasher, washer, and dryer, enhancing your stay. Unwind with entertainment options like smart TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs areas.

A special note: this is my parent's vacation home. My toddler has spent many hours playing and creating amazing memories that will last a lifetime in this home. We are so thrilled to share it with guests, and thrilled to offer a kids closet area for your littles.

We’re excited about future enhancements, including a fully fenced yard to provide additional privacy and a place for pups to run around off leash. Just a short stroll from the beach and five minutes from town and highway access, our home is the perfect base for your coastal adventures or a peaceful escape from the everyday.

You will have access to the entire unit during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Cleaning fee is set to $90.
*$50 pet fee is applicable per pet. Please inquire if you are wanting to bring another pet--there will be an additional fee. If we find signs of a pet that was not listed in the reservation, we will charge you after your stay.
*There is an additional fee for a 5th guest. We do have a fold out twin bed in the upstairs bedroom.
* no smoking on the premise. $100 fine for doing so
*pets cannot be left unattended. There are plenty of pet sitting options in the area to ensure your dog isn’t left alone.
*There is currently no hot tub on the property.
*We do not guarantee firewood for guest use. There is a local market nearby that sells pre-packaged firewood etc.
*No parties or events unless previously discussed with the host.
