We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was spotlessly clean, roomy, and comfortable. Our kiddos loved the game room and the toys were an added bonus for our toddler. We would definitely stay here again.

Kyle was a great host and went out of his way to accommodate our early check in request to get ready for a wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property in this area.

Home was very clean, host was easy to communicate with. Loved the extra touches of coffee and creamer and restaurants nearby. It was wonderful to have access to the garage for our car especially when it snowed. Most deinatle would recommend.

This was the PERFECT home base for our week of USAFA graduation and a wedding! Our family with young adults had plenty of space to gather without feeling piled on top of one another, and there was also ample space to spread out for some alone time. We made good use of the game room and the fun games and puzzles in the closet. Location was perfect as well - close enough to USAFA but not in a traffic-heavy area. Also enjoyed the trail nearby for a perfect morning walk with beautiful views (see photos). Kyle is hosting a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home away from home.

We had a fabulous stay! Kyle was exceptional with communications and the home was truly wonderful! There was even a sweet treat upon arrival! Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Really a fantastic option that we would recommend strongly! We even loved the game room with the nice USAFA decor!

Kyle’s place was a perfect home to host our family when we were in town visiting relatives. There was plenty of space for our young kids and my in-laws to sleep comfortably, and for our other family members to visit for meals. The home was outfitted with everything we needed. Property was very clean and the amenities were great also. I will just note that if you have arthritis or bad knees, there are a lot of stairs to climb. No bedroom on the main floor, all are on the 3rd floor. I did not think about that when booking the property. The location was great for the event and family we came to see.

What a wonderful spot! Used to live in the springs and we travel there often. Stayed in nice Vrbos but this was the best! Great location and truly appreciated the supplies so we could get out and enjoy our trip! Finding a home that works for 4 teens/adults 9-20 years old isn’t easy…don’t wait! Book!

Beautiful clean property!!!!!! Owners left a sweet welcome note and cookies even. We were here for an ice skating competition and the location was amazing for us! We even had some down time and had quick access to bass pro and fun places to blow some time. House it immaculate beds were comfortable! Owners were prompt to reply to messages! Would love to stay here next year at monuments comp again!

If you are traveling to the Colorado Springs area, this is where you should stay. The townhome is beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of areas for spending time together. The decorations are spot on, and there are a lot of little touches throughout the townhome that just make the stay more enjoyable. Kyle, the host, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend this place more. 5 plus stars for sure.

Between the game room in the basement, the setup and care of the property, and the cookie dough in the fridge, it's clear Kyle thought of everything!It was the perfect location to be close to the Academy at a VERY affordable price. Literally no critique. It was awesome. Heads-up, it is a three-story townhome, but every floor is perfectly managed for guest ease and comfort
