Cette maison de ville de trois de niveau est si complète que vous pourriez penser que vous étiez à la maison. Entrez le spacieux salon principal avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Faites cuire votre repas préféré dans la cuisine bien équipée et le servir à la table à manger avec des sièges pour six à huit. Quatre sièges supplémentaires sont disponibles au comptoir de la cuisine près par. Dans le salon vous détendre devant la cheminée à bois ou TVHD à écran plat avec Blueray DVD et Google Chromecast. La climatisation a été ajoutée dans le salon pour la saison estivale. Également sur le niveau d'entrée, vous trouverez un 1/2 salle de bain, salle de lavage et l'accès à la terrasse arrière avec une vue boisée et les sons de la branche est de la rivière Pemigewasset.

En bas, vous trouverez une salle de loisirs avec télévision à écran plat, table de ping-pong et de la pyramide (twin / full) jeu de lits superposés. Off la salle de jeux sont deux chambres et une salle de bain complète partagée. L'une de ces chambres offre deux lits jumeaux tandis que l'autre est titulaire d'un lit queen.

Deux chambres avec chacune une salle de bain privée attenante complète sont situés au plus haut niveau supérieur de la maison. La chambre principale a un lit queen, climatisation et d'une télévision à écran plat intelligent. La deuxième chambre a également un lit queen ainsi qu'un conditionnement de la télévision et de l'air.

Au cours de la saison estivale assurez-vous de prendre un bain dans le temps court par le vieux trou de natation de la rivière de la mode ou de passer à l'une des deux piscines extérieures. Des courts de tennis sont également disponibles pendant les mois d'été.

Les piscines et les tribunaux peuvent ne pas être disponibles pour de courtes périodes en raison de l'entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du pool / tribunal.

Annual Family Vacation

The property suited our needs for various sleeping arrangements. The property was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay. The rental was in a good location for travelling in the area to many tourist spots. The pool and swimming hole was enjoyed by all. The only disappointing factor was the gas grill and electric grill. The gas grill was dirty and unusable. We had to clean the electric grill but in the long run did not use it.

Peaceful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance.I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining.

Perfect Mountain and River Getaway

Plenty of space, clean and the kids loved the added bonus of having a ping pong table. There’s a nice path with stairs down to the wonderful heated pool. Relax on the Pemi!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Townhouse is very spacious. Our group included 7 adults and 1 child. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half on main level. Kitchen provided updated appliances. Be sure to bring all your own spices, coffee, filters, etc. Laundry room conveniently located on main level. The townhouse was clean and furniture was in good shape. Just a couple mentions that would make rental much better:the mattresses on the queen beds, owner should consider replacing them. Also, the matress pads and sheets did not fit tight...would invest in deep pocket sheets/pad. Lastly, an A/C unit on lower level is needed when temps are high.Fans were provided. Overall we were very satisfied. Great place for a large group, conveniently located just outside of Lincoln...very peaceful unlike all the high rise places in town. Great paved walking path across the street that goes into Lincoln. Access to the river/Lady Bathtub,tennis courts and pools just footsteps away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. The unit was clean and well maintained. The ACs upstairs and in the living room kept the unit comfortable to sleep in especially during a few hot days. It is in a great location - one of the pools and a natural swimming hole was just a short walk even for young kids. It was a quick drive to the downtown area - it is walkable, but you have to use the main road. Also, less than an hour drive to Story Land and tubing on the Saco River. Whale's Tale waterpark is just ten minutes away. We called the owner/manager a few times with questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. This property is great for families and would highly recommend it for those looking to explore the area.

If there was any improvement, I would recommend an airconditioner for the lower level, as the dehumidifier really warms the space when the weather is over 80 degrees outside.
