This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Note that this is not a pet friendly home.
Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees, as well as additional charges for optional services such as adding pets or requesting early check-ins.
1) Parking is available in the driveway and carport. Please avoid parking in front of the neighbors if possible.
2) Please remove shoes upon entry.
3) Never leave indoor fireplace on unattended. Turn off after each use using remote control provided.
4) Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
5) Smoking outside only! 4/20 friendly.
6) We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you
- Hot tub rules:
1) No more than 5 people allowed in hot tub at one time.
2) Kids under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
3) Hot tub cover must be unbuckled to remove. Must be covered and buckled after each use.
4) No glassware in hot tub.
- Fire pit rules:
1) Remove fire pit cover and lid before use.
2) Locate gas tank in the enclosed container to the right of the fire pit.
3) Turn gas valve to the left to open flow of gas.
4) Push in and adjust the igniter valve on fire pit to get desired level of flame/heat.
5) When done using, TURN OFF FIRE PIT AND CLOSE GAS VALVE (turn to the right), close gas tank container, cover the gas container AND fire pit completely.
SAUNA RULES [ sorry if this seems overbearing - but the insurer asked us to put this in writing]:
-USE SAUNA AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Pls remove shoes upon entry and only water can we brought into the sauna.
-Absolutely no outside alcohol or smoking in the sauna or a $200 fine
-If there is dirt or other trash left in the sauna, a $200 fine will be applied.
-To turn on sauna. The power button will begin heating the sauna. If they turn the dial to a number it's a time delay so if they turn it to 1 the sauna will begin heating in 1 hour. (see photo inside guidebook)
Please replace OUTDOOR CUSHIONS in weather container on deck after stay.
