We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

Enjoy movie nights in the in-home theater featuring a 75" Smart TV, surround sound, and reclining sofas. Step into the arcade-style game room equipped with air hockey, Pac-Man, Star Wars pinball, Xbox, Nintendo 64, Oculus VR, and a record player for nostalgic fun. There's entertainment for everyone in the group.

Kid-friendly spaces and family features
Little ones will love the dedicated KidzKorner filled with books, toys, and bean bags. The private outdoor playground provides hours of fun in the fresh air. Parents will find essentials like a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and board games. Safety is built in with child-friendly features throughout the home.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, and rice cooker. Pantry basics are included, and the dining table seats twelve, ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or planning the next day’s adventures.

Five bedrooms for restful sleep
Neverland sleeps your group comfortably across five bedrooms. Four private rooms are located upstairs, while the lower level features twin XL Murphy beds with privacy curtains. Blackout shades, fresh linens, extra pillows, and storage in each room ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful night.

Three full bathrooms and a half bath
The home includes 3.5 bathrooms to support group comfort. Each full bath is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. The primary ensuite includes a double vanity, and the lower-level bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower with updated finishes.

Modern comforts and thoughtful extras
Enjoy seamless arrivals with keyless self check-in, a private entrance, and on-site EV charging. Parking is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking nearby. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and ironing board. Safety features such as smoke detectors, a first aid kit, and security cameras provide added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Centrally located for adventure and fun
Located in the heart of Arvada, Neverland puts you close to year-round activities. Spend time outdoors hiking or fishing at Blunn Reservoir, biking the Ralston Creek Trail, or swimming at Secrest Pool. The Apex Center offers indoor fun nearby, making this home a true launchpad for Colorado adventures.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
