The Space:

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious home features four lovely bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind.
The Master Suite offers a comfortable King bed, private deck with mountain views, attached bathroom with standing shower and a walk-in closet. This room is on itâs own level within the house for plenty of privacy and has extra seating and lights so you can relax and read a book. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.
On the other side of the home are two large King bedrooms with cozy blankets, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space.
There is a large bathroom across the hall from these bedrooms which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
The fourth bedroom is a Queen suite on its own finished basement level. This spacious room features a comfortable Queen bed, sofa that folds into a twin bed, large HD TV, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. Windows let in plenty of natural lighting and the bookshelf that separates the room is stocked with books and board games.
All three full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious open-concept kitchen and living areas. The spacious dining room and kitchen greet you when you enter the home. The large dining table is the perfect place to gather around and enjoy a delicious meal with the family.
The large, full-sized kitchen is connected to the dining room and features stainless steel appliances, sharp knives, and all the other basic tools and cookware youâll need to prepare delicious meals.
On the other side of the kitchen, there is a family room that boasts a large HD Smart TV, a plush sectional sofa, and an electric fireplace to keep the place warm and toasty on those chilly Colorado nights.
This room also has a desk with a comfortable office chair by the window so you can get some work done if needed.
There is a large laundry room off the kitchen that features a full-sized washer and dryer and is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. There is also a full-sized ironing board and iron so you can keep your outfits sharp!
Designed with group comfort in mind â guests may coordinate meal preparation or hosted evenings if desired.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our private back patio. Thereâs easy access through the sliding glass door in the kitchen and after a few steps, youâll find yourself in the spacious and private backyard. This space has a large, deluxe hot tub and comfortable patio furniture, and there's also propane grill for when you're in the mood for BBQ. The outdoor dining table and high fencing make this the perfect place to enjoy a warm summer evening in privacy.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard- there is shed where you can keep your gear.
There are 2 areas that are locked from guests- the garage and the closet in the basement.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, its built on top of one of the many cascading hills leading into Denver. You will see some of the most gorgeous views of the Denver skyline. Once you've arrived you won't want to leave the open and comfortable space! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful so please respect our neighbors.
Getting Around:
The nearby bus and extensions of the public transit are less than 5 minutes away. Head 10 minutes down the street to Westminster Promenade or Denver Outlets for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I-25 is just around the corner and a quick connection to all the extended adventures Colorado has to offer! We are located North of Denver between 104th and Thornton Parkway.
*We are located about 20 minutes North of Denver and 30 minutes from the Airport, and 25 minutes from both Golden and Boulder. *
Other Things to Note:
*There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
**We love pets! But please let me know when you're bringing them with you. There will be an additional PET FEE of $150.00 per pet per stay. We provide doggy bags, please help keep our yard and home beautiful.
