A very cozy house. All amenities were available. The property manager was always available and responded quickly. We needed additional towels and they were ther early the next morning. We went for the 4th of July and had a splendid.

My friends and I came here for a Eagles game and this property did not fail us. We were close to everything we wanted. I would like to thank the owners for a great experience.

Great Stay

My to daughters came to Philly to chill with (me) their dad. And they loved the townhouse! It was very comfortable and very convenient! All the amenities we needed! And the area was very pleasant! Thanks so much!

Great location. Handful of places to eat within a 15 min walk. 2 minute walk to the trolley.House was nice. Very welcoming. Host responsed very timely.Will rent again.

Philly stay

The experience was very good. The site had a coffee bar, 4 sleeping areas and is located 1.5 miles from the Penn hospital complex. Also 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the philly sports arenas.

Nice House / Bad Area

My girlfriends and I were in town for a concert and decided to get a hotel after visiting the house. Unfortunately, we felt very uncomfortable in the area since we're unfamiliar and had a few incidents happen as we were pulling into the neighborhood (We were approached by people several times on our way in and felt a bit unsafe). The house was very nice and clean - looks exactly as pictured on the site.

We've never had issues with guest safety and do advertise the location of our home in our listing so that guests can be aware of our location and neighborhood. - Our home is located in a family-oriented quiet block. I've had guests tell me how surprised they are by how quiet the block is. The neighbors on the block greet you with a hello and everyone stays to themselves minding their own business. - We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

The house was lovely and comfortable! It took a minute to figure out the a/c, but the host was very communicative and helpful. The upstairs bathroom does have a small toilet area and a somewhat sticky door. And the area around the neighborhood feels less safe. A passerby warned us to be careful when walking. However, thankfully we and our daughters didn't have any incidents when out. Just something to be aware of. Overall the place was comfortable and we were thankful for it!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Oh how nice! Oh wow how lovely! Oh yaaassss! These are just some of the remarks that flew out our mouths when my friend n I walked into this beautiful home. Bright, airy, clean and lots of little personal touches. It's clear that much thought and consideration for the guests went into preparing this home. Located on a quiet block on Philly and not far from anywhere you'd want to go during your stay! I would most definitely recommend this Air BnB as home base for your Philadelphia trip!
