We loved our stay here. Very nice location to go back and forth to go to Philadelphia (30 minutes drive there) for the day. Also great location to go to New Jersey for the day to see the ocean (about an hour and 45 minutes away with traffic), Ventnor beach was beautiful and quiet walk on the boardwalk for a family visiting. Living room, big comfortable couch was our favorite! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were very comfortable! Parking on the street was good, at our stay for three days we got to park close to the vrbo within sight.

Me and my family decided to stay over the weekend to travel around Philly and I can say that he is a great host! The house looks exactly like the pictures! Great communication, I would definitely book again!

Lovely house with amazing amenities. I was able to host a reunion with my friends and fit everyone comfortably. Parking was no issue either. Definitely would recommend if you’re planning a trip to Philly!

Enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and the host was quick to answer when we had a question. Parking was never an issue. The only thing I would mention is that house is older so the stairs to the upstairs are a little steep. This might be an issue for some. We would stay here again.

Lots of instructions to make it easy to know what to expect. Move out instructions were also pretty simple. Easy street parking. For people with mobility issues, the narrow stairs to get upstairs where the bedrooms and only bathroom are, can be challenging. It would also be helpful if the porch light is kept on or maintained on a timer since it was hard to know which unit was ours when we arrived at night.
