We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished, and just perfect for our family as we gathered in the area to visit for the holidays. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and spacious dining room that made mealtimes a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and conveniently located near the park and close to town. We had fun playing ping pong and video games, and the living space was ideal for our family to get together this holiday. Our host was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you Tony for a wonderful space for our family to share memories this holiday!

Golf Trip

Stayed here for a golf trip for my father’s birthday. Perfect location in relation to the course and easy walk to downtown Phoenixville. House was in excellent condition and the stay was very comfortable.

We had a great time staying here! Tony was an excellent host and very communicative. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The amenities were updated and modern. There was plenty of space for the four of us to hang out. The location was great and within walking distance to Bridge Street. Someone came by to clear the snow during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The parking area in the rear was a bit tight for two vehicles but on-street parking was also available in front of the house. The hot water in the showers didn't last very long. Overall, this was a great place. We would certainly stay here again!

Really a great home to have as a base for a weekend vacation. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities and a feel of a real home and not just a space made to serve as a rental. Hopeful to stay again some day!

Highly recommend - as advertised

Anthony was very easy to communicate with and the property was excellent. Everything was clean and the hangout spot complete with ping pong table and arcade games was a blast! Would stay here again.

Tony was an excellent host with great and prompt communication. The house is in a great safe neighborhood, walking distance to Bridge Street and the canal/river. Close to the Saturday farmers market too. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, is super clean and well maintained. Loved the tech updates like alexa and nightlights, and the arcade in the garage! Parking is easy. Our family of 4 had a great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is nicely updated and clean! Kitchen is nicely stocked. We also enjoyed the backyard, ping pong table and video games. And of course, it helps that it’s a short (.5 mile) walk to Phoenixville downtown area, which we love!

In Town For Wedding

Short stay, would love to stay longer next time and explore. I grew up in Bucks Co., and did not spend much time in this neck of the woods. Home was quaint, quiet and well stocked. As or better than advertised.

Family Friendly

We had a great time. The location to main street was about 1/2 mile, Reeves park is directly behind it with an awesome playground and even a car show when we stayed. Quiet, safe neighborhood as well. Great options for older kids who like xbox, bike riding, ping pong and darts. Limited for younger kids inside the house.

I fell in love with this house because of the location, the fact that it was a single home with a beauitful lawn and most of all the two car detacted garage! You really do get the best of both worlds here. The house is on a very quite, quaint street with a beautiful park right behind the house, but it's close enough to take a stroll downtown to check out the local resturants or jump on a kayak in the canal. The two can garage will entertain kids of all ages with bikes, XBOX, a ping pong table, dart board and arcade multicade machine with 3,000+ games on it.
