West Tisbury Gem with Association Pool + Hiking Trails, Close to All

Spacious, secluded yet close to everything, this light-filled gem began renting in summer '23. Each bedroom has its own bath so you get maximum privacy -- everyone can have their own quiet spaces and come together in the living room and kitchen. We have no reviews yet on this site but we have received nine 5-star ratings on the "other" site, where it is a Guest Favorite.

This is our home, not just a vacation rental. We love to cook and host, and you'll find a chef's kitchen stocked with everything you need. Grill and eat dinner outside on the deck surrounded by stunning landscaping. Read for hours on a lounge chair under the retractable awning with your beverage by your side. You will love the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach when the light turns golden. The pool is the perfect spot when you don't feel like getting in the car -- excellent for kids!

The second floor is its own refuge. It's got a spacious artist's studio which we now use as an informal fourth bedroom -- separated by a curtain, the room is perfect if you want to put a couple of extra kids in there on the pullout futon chairs.

This rental gives you special access to the island's most stunning beach (with permit): Lambert's Cove. Don't forget to watch a sunset with a picnic, take your pup for off leash hours in the morning, or go for a run.

The location is a big reason why we bought this house: we are steps from running and biking trails, and a short drive to Lambert's Cove. 5-10 mins to the VH ferry, grocery, airport. Fully stocked chef's kitchen + basement for kids to hang and play ping pong while you sun on the deck after an outdoor shower.

The house is accessible: ramp to enter, bars in the showers and toilets, and smooth thresholds.
