The primary suite holds a king bed, smart TV, workspace, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with thoughtful design touches. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a smart TV, and a desk. A second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Outside, the private pool comes pre-heated to 85 degrees, the hot tub heats quickly on demand, and the covered dining area seats eight. The fire-pit lounge anchors the outdoor living space. High-speed WiFi reaches throughout the home. A washer and dryer sit in-unit with detergent pods provided. Room-darkening shades in all bedrooms ensure restful sleep. Books, toys, and games keep children entertained between pool sessions. Driveway parking fits 2 vehicles.



Guest Access:

Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival. The driveway accommodates parking for 2 vehicles maximum. For your safety, exterior-only security cameras monitor the driveway, front door entry, and side yards near pool equipment. No cameras face the pool or any private living areas.

Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive from the home. Palm Springs International Airport is easily accessible for arriving guests. The property provides central access to golf courses, hiking trails, shopping districts, and event venues throughout the Coachella Valley.
