Property Manager Stopped Responding
Sent to Prop MgrHereâs a summary of the issues we encountered during our stay:âąThe couch arm near the door is broken (I sent a video upon arrival).âąThe TV remote is missing its backing, is cracked, and only works when applying pressure in a certain way.âąThe laundry room light is very dim and doesnât adequately light the room.âąThe unit is in need of painting and some wall repairs.âąThe pull-out couch had no bedding. I ended up using the top sheet from the master bedroom and had to purchase my own blanket the next day since I didnât hear back from you (though the message was read).âąThe soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken; we had to turn it sideways to use it.âąThere was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival.âąThere were no parking permits provided as stated. I had to renew my parking space each night, and some nights âyour spot 53â was taken anyway, causing further inconvenience.Overall, the unit met our basic needs. However, considering the issues outlined above â all of which are within your or your support staffâs control â I feel a partial refund is appropriate.I also work in the customer service industry, leading a team of over 300 people responsible for delivering exceptional service, so I came in expecting a certain standard from your unit. Unfortunately, it was not consistently met. I understand that sometimes contractors fall short of expectations, but ultimately, as business owners, we are responsible for the full experience.
