First I’ll start with the positive - host was nice and responsive and the property staff was also nice. Views are ahhhmmmazing!!But BUYER BEWARE the resort itself is AWFUL. The rooms are old outdated and smell of mildew. I asked to be moved after the first night. They moved me and the new room was only slightly better in terms of the smell. I bought candles, air freshener, etc to make it bearable as well as leaving doors open to air the room out. Then my friends joined me in night three and that’s when we discovered mold on the ceiling of there unit. We had adjoining rooms. At this point there was not much I felt could be done but to suffer it out: All carpets need to be replaced. The rooms need painting it’s just terrible and not worth what we paid at all!! I took pics as well.

We just returned from an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience!The room was beautiful, with absolutely stunning views. We stayed in both the A and B units, which worked perfectly for our family of five. Both balconies were incredible! Spacious and the perfect place to relax. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises in a comfy bed each morning was unforgettable. The main larger balcony was incredibly private, with no view of your neighbors. Check-in was seamless. The resort staff were all so friendly and welcoming, but the valet team especially stood out. They were quick, professional, and so kind to our kids - which made a big difference traveling as a family. The resort itself felt very family friendly and comfortable. We arrived with a ton of groceries (Publix is across the street), and staff kindly unloaded them and helped us to our room. We appreciated the convenience of the wristbands for room access. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating (and has delicious smoothies). There is construction next door, as clearly advertised in the listing. Because this condo is high enough (10th floor), it wasn’t too much of distraction during our stay. We’ve stayed at several resorts in Sunny Isles, and this one was by far our favorite. Everything felt seamless and well thought out. We would absolutely return. Everything was perfect for our family getaway!

Amazing stay in Miami! Thank you Karen!

This was our third stay at the Marenas as we love staying at this property due to its proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the fact you are right on the beach! Very convenient!! The Marenas staff are always friendly and helpful. Specific for this posting, our host Karen, was wonderful to work with. From first contact, Karen was very helpful and ultimately created a wonderful experience for our whole family. Thank you Karen!!

Great, relaxing vacation!

We traveled with 2 small children and were very pleased with the condo. Especially, we enjoyed ocean front views from the bedroom/living area. The beach was easily accessible and the outdoor pool was nice and clean. Karen, was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!

Great place to stay in Miami with goodamenities.

We have stayed at Marenas in Sunny Isles and it never disappoint.s. The staff are very helpful and the they keep the place very clean. Kitchen needs more cooking items- cookie sheets, pyrexes, large bowls. The sofa needs some decorative pillows, unit could use a few prints on the walls.

Wonderful Experience

Amazing condo. Great location, views, the Marenas resort is incredible, and Karen was super. My family of 5 had plenty of space - having three bathrooms was a HUGE benefit. Also a great value for the cost. THANK YOU KAREN!

What a view!

My family of four had a great time during our visit. Beach access was easy with great service by resort staff. The room was spacious and perfect for downtime. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer and kitchen available, especially when paired with grocery delivery. Karen was very helpful and responsive every step of the way.

This condo is great. Perfect view, tons of space, and easy access to the beach. Karen was very responsive and great to work with. I wish there had been more basic kitchen supplies but we managed just fine.

Amazing!

I had a group of 6 and we slept comfortable! The condo was absolutely amazing! Ocean front well stocked in a nice hotel. The room was very clean and I had no problems at all. Mrs.Karen checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our trip. I would definitely go back!

Amazing views

Overall this was a 5 star across the board. Location and property were incredible. The condo itself was amazing, with a responsive host as well. Wrap-around balconies and views that were breathtaking. Every night we would go to sleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sun and ocean views. Beach area and service were great and the gym/sauna was convenient and everything for a nice workout. The area is low key with a ton of great restaurants and shopping close by. We plan on returning soon!

Very nice condo

This condo was very nice, the description was right on. Hotel staff EXTREMELY helpful. Oceanfront view was beautiful. The only complaints we have were lack of toilet paper, and the hideaway couch is not suitable for anyone to sleep on, not even children. We had to go purchase an air mattress for our daughter to sleep on. But overall the place was just as described. Had a great stay!

I will make sure to have a word with the cleaning crew so this does not happen to future guests. Also, regarding the sofa bed. I will send a technician to the apartment immediately to replace or repair the sofa bed so that future guests won't have this issue. Beautiful beach / condo

Property was right on beach, condo had gorgeous views. Service on beach for chairs/umbrellas was perfect. Room was not ready at 3, didn’t get into room until 6:30 and wasn’t fully cleaned/laundry wasn’t done. Owner did let us have a late check out on last day to get our time back.

We have spoken to housekeeping since your incident and they will make a point to have the rooms ready earlier for future guests. They were simply trying to take extra precautions due to COVID. I do agree this was an inconvenience and that's why we extended to you a late check out at no additional fee. I hope you let us make it up to you on a future trip to Florida!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time with our two young kids at this beautiful unit. The view is spectacular. The unit was spacious and very clean. Loved the laundry machine and balcony facing the ocean. Well equipped kitchennette helped us prepare breakfast in the mornings. Also loved having access to the hotel services including downstairs restaurant, pool access and beach chairs. The staff at the Marenas is wonderful and Karen was very accessible if we had any issues. We look forward to our next stay here! Thank you!

Best Beach Stay Ever!

First of all, the property was exactly as described. You are also seconds away from the beach, which was great! The condo comes with a great closet of beach toys and chairs that are in good condition. You can tell that everything is well taken care of in the condo. We loved coming back to the condo after a fun day on the beach! Everything worked well, the kitchen was stocked, and the beds were comfy! We will be coming back every year and have told all of our friends and family about the rental. The rental property manager was wonderful to work with as well! We loved it!!!

Overall terrific!

So many nice features, the balcony view being the top! Nice floor plan, we had both units, A & B, and it’s a vacation we’ll likely do again. Two minor items. 1) Living room chairs are extremely uncomfortable, apparently the same in all the building and not controlled by the owner. 2) Construction noise next door from 7:00am till 5:00pm was a slight nuisance.

Beautiful Ocean View and Everything Else You Need to Enjoy It

Love this place. Love the view. Love all of the great options for food within walking distance. The beach is great and lots of options for sun - an oceanside pool, cabanas, chaise lounges with and without pads with umbrellas located by staff. Quality food and drinks available poolside. The whole place is very clean. Good communication from owner. So glad we we were able to stay here!! Only complaint - the mattress in the master suite needs replacement. It must be original equipment from when the condo was built. A property of this quality deserves better. Still - I highly recommend this property.

Unit OK and clean

The unit was clean, but had had barely any utensils for cooking or eating. Had to buy tongs and dish towels, and there were only 4 forks. Be prepared to bring or buy a few things that you would expect to be there.

Better than described!

This property was stunning with views of the ocean from every main room. This isn’t one of those properties that posts a pic with the camera zoomed in to show some water, it is on the beach. We fell asleep every night to the sounds of waves and woke up to suns rays lighting up our room. There were light blocking shades, but you will want to take advantage of every minute while at this property. The beach staff, housekeepers, wait staff and valet were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the ramp for valet. I personally found it awesome, but it gave my passengers a little panic attack.
