We enjoyed our stay in sunny isles- the condo is in an excellent location to Aventura Mall, the beach and locals eats. The condo has everything you need for the pool beach, I would just suggest bringing extra towels as there were only 2-3.Management has excellent communication which is always a plus. We would stay in sunny isles again.

The location is ideal. you can walk over to the beach in about 6 minutes, or drive across the street to park for 5 an hour and not have to lug your gear on foot.The unit provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella and some sand toys, which was super nice. A wagon would have been extra ideal but it was ok without it ! :)The host was VERY immediate in addressing a concern we had with a door opening properly and a shower drain. It was all taken care of post haste ! Excellent !I would have loved a better explanation verbally of how the parking is set up, because even with the little video it was pretty confusing to find the parking for the unit for the first time. But once found, we had VERY nice parking, could enter right by the elevator which takes you basically right to the penthouse door. Loved that.Rooms were clean and tidy, shiny even. the unit is a tiny bit dated but overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely return for all the ease of this unit, the nice parking spot (that cost NO extra unlike some potential bookings i noticed!!), this amazing beach, and the excellent views off the balcony.

Nice property, beautiful view!

Our family of five had a great stay here. The unit is nice and the view from the balcony was AMAZING! We stay at Ocean Reserve once a year in different units. With this unit, you get the best of both worlds- the ocean and the Sunny Isles Sky Line. The pool is great (large, clean and lots of seating), check in was easy, and parking was convenient. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Lots of construction going on and they were replacing neighboring windows while there, so it was very loud (but still enjoyable). Beach is across the street and there is a nice family park in the front of the building. Highly recommend waking across the street to Marco Polo for Pizza Bianco. Overall, I recommend this unit and we will keep coming back!

Miami Penthouse Near the Beach

Old building but apartment was updated and nice. Easy walk to the beach. Pool, gym, tennis courts all great. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs all provided which was fantastic. We played a few rounds of golf. Lots to choose from within 20min drive. A number of restaurants only a 5min Uber ride away. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Down side was a few, what I believe were, cockroaches we found in the bathrooms a couple nights and a dishwasher that flooded the kitchen when we tried to use it.

Great Location, Experience not so good

Check in was easy, parking spot was convenient when it wasn’t being used by other guests. Great location, nice amenities and easy beach access. Unfortunately we only had access to 1 shower that was shared between 6 of us (2 kids, parents and the in laws) for 7 nights. We reached out to management after the 1st night to let them know the issue, issue was never fixed as promised. In addition, we woke up with water dripping down from the ceiling in the main room from the AC unit. The unit in the bedroom was set on 74 degrees and had to be completely shut off for the water to stop. Thermostat was left off for 5 of the 7 nights and room became very uncomfortable. In addition, we did notice a few cockroaches that appeared in the kitchen, usually in the late afternoon to evening time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MY experience was not good at all from the moment I paid, since 35 days before the date of my trip, I told Juan Minella that I would not have the total number of days contracted. And I told him that I wanted to make a partial cancellation of that stay, he never answered me again and never gave me the possibility to return what I paid for the days that I did not use. Additionally, the apartment was full of bugs (cockroach type) and was quite dirty and neglected in its general appearance. I have not yet had an answer and no one contacted me to see my claim the second time I rent with the company but I think I won't do it anymore!
