A Real Gem

My Family really enjoyed our stay in this penthouse with great views. The 2 bdrm and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and open floor plan LR/kitchen was perfect for us. The unit was very clean. Needed a few more wash cloths but other than that, the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Staff was kind and helpful. Our host was prompt in answering any questions. We were satisfied with the whole process from acquiring the unit to checking out of it. Location was great, close to restaurants, mall, etc. would recommend to family and friends!

Amazing stay

The stay was amazing ! Property looks better than the photos, check in process is quick and smooth all the staff are great and helpful as well as a very hospitable host experience. Would definitely recommend !

Great location, beautiful view, apartment a little janky

The location for this rental is great - 2 blocks from the beach, right next to a fabulous playground. There is a nice pool on site surrounded by beach chairs and some palm trees. There are also tennis courts, ping pong, and a little store in the building where you can pick up groceries. A full grocery store and liquor store is within walking distance (~1/2 mile) or short drive away. Because of the location, there are lots of kids and families. The rental itself is on the penthouse floor - 17 stories up, with a balcony and a fantastic view of the intracoastal waterway. This location can also be a downside - too high for stairs, and the elevators take a while and are often packed. To get luggage and groceries up to the apartment, ask the front desk to borrow a shopping cart. Downsides: The rental is pretty minimally managed. The instructions for checking in were completely inadequate so it took us hours. Here are more complete instructions for those who need them: To access the front door of the building you need to drive past a gate house (empty) and press a green "exit" button to get the gate to lift. At the front door, you can ask the valets to park temporarily while you get the building key from the front desk in the lobby and the parking key from the apartment. The rental is on floor "PH" (we were told the wrong floor) and the parking key is in the kitchen. The valets can then give you (general) directions to the parking lots. The catch: There are two entrances and there are multiple lots. Circle the building next door, and the parking lot for the apartment is the gate on the left. Once in, you turn left and drive through the garage until you enter a second garage ("C") and then drive almost to the entrance of the building. The building key is necessary to exit the parking lot through the gate. The apartment itself is clean but seems neglected. Some of the sheets were stained and the kids room lacked pillowcases. The blender was broken, the microwave smelled horrible, the vent over the oven didn't work, the shower door had trouble opening and closing. Our last day there, the water for the apartment was turned off. Many of the supplies typical of rentals were missing: e.g., no beach towels, no bottle or can opener, no wine opener, no pitcher. Useful: The tap water is naturally light green (not a plumbing issue). The bed in the small room is trundle, but you need to rotate it to be able to close the door. The location is worth it.

Great experience- exactly as advertised

The space was exactly as pictured, and the balcony was really pleasant. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids (age 7, 3, 3) and had plenty of space. We loved having the pool in the building and the park with playground next door. The little store in our building was super convenient, too, and had milk, snacks, sandwiches, etc. The walk across Collins Avenue (a busy road, but there is a crosswalk) to the beach was pretty easy and only took a couple of minutes. The property owners were very communicative. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return!

Extremely dissappointed property, AC dripping mould, kitchen cupboards falling off held together by hair ties, walls marked and dirty. Balcony furniture not as photo, old ripped beach chairs,and old marked table, stained sofa, no mattress or pillow protectors on bed, the bathroom and kitchen need updating, no oven.I could go on . Shame because good complex and amazing views and lovely bright front room Communication was difficult and slow app didnt work properly but on a plus when did get through to property manager via expedia she did respond well and offered us a discount for our stay and said the property issues will be addressed before next guests.

El establecimiento en si esta bien , pero la gente que trabaja en el edificio es de muy mal vivir , parecen una mafia , me sacaron una multa porque segĂșn ellos no tenia el papel del establecimiento, pero si lo tenio solo que se callo , pero ellos ni siquiera revisaron , solo me inmovilizaron el auto , la persona que me fue a cobrar en efectivo trabaja en el mismo edificio y al parecer hacia de todo , yo me esacione el mismo estacionamiento que ellos me dieron y dentro de los dias que pague la estadĂ­a, un robo, sobre el departamento estaba limpio bien , un poco antiguo y desgastado, lo que no me gustĂł es que tenia mala la llave del baño principal y le avise a la persona encargada y ni me respondiĂł, cero aporte.

great location

The place was great, just a (long) block from the beach. 5 min walk I'd say. It has a decent size pool and a small store in site where you can buy cuban coffee, ham and cheese sandwiches, empanadas, and basic groceries. The store has a second door right next to the pool in case you are wet. They have tennis court (you rent the rackets and balls for a fee), pingpong table, foosball and pool table as well. You can walk to a publix (grocery store) restaurants, juicing places and more. The condo was clean and convenient for us. It has a gym in place that my kids and cousins used daily. I like to make at least two meals a day most days and it had the basic utensils so we can manage. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with everything during our stay. I recommend this place for families.
