Ce charmant cottage de plage d'une chambre dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon avec canapé-lit, d'une chambre avec un lit king-size et d'une grande salle de bains. Il y a une terrasse en bois confortable et un gril à charbon. TV directe, wi-fi et unité de climatisation dans la chambre.

Profitez de l'expérience Old Orchard Beach. Nous sommes à 75 mètres de la plage et à seulement 7-10 minutes à pied du centre-ville d'Old Orchard Beach avec toutes ses attractions, y compris Palace Playland, le golf miniature, les magasins fantastiques et les excellents restaurants.

Sept miles de plage de sable où vous pourrez bronzer, nager et faire du surf. Vous êtes à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Portland et du Vieux-Port et à 30-40 minutes de la région de Kennebunkport. Profitez des feux d'artifice sur la plage tous les jeudis soirs.

Nous fournissons des serviettes de bain, des débarbouillettes, des torchons, des couvertures, des oreillers et des couettes. Vous devrez fournir votre propre linge de lit.

Old Orchard Beach cottage

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. John and Marta were very hospitable. The cottage had what we needed for our stay. We loved that the beach was just a short walk away. Old Orchard beach is a beautiful beach and we look forward to returning. 😊

Perfect for our long weekend getaway

The owner of the property met us upon arrival, even though it was later in the evening. The cottage was close by to most attractions in Old Orchard, but a little far for daily walking. We stayed during "off-peak" season, so we didn't have to pay for parking, which was nice. This location was centrally located to many other attractions we wanted to visit in Maine, so it was great. The only downside was not having linens for the king size bed, which was slightly inconvenient.

We wished you would had let us know that you did not bring your bed linens with you as we would have supplied them for you. It is written in our property information that bed linens are not supplied but we can supply if the guest did not bring them. Sorry about that.

Quaint little Maine cottage

Had an awesome stay at nautical point cottage. Very nice little cottage far enough back from the rte 9 you don’t even know it’s there but only a 2 minute walk across the road and onto the sand. Just far enough from the OOB pier so you see nor hear any of the noise but a short walk to it. King size bed, good water pressure in the shower, full kitchen, your own little deck. Great spot for a get away. If we go back to OOB this is where we will be staying. Marta and John are great hosts and right next door to assist with anything you need. Excellent restaurant recommendations and knowledge of the area.

Sit back and Relax ~

Super close to awesome beach. On site owners are right next door if issues should arise. Train behind house was NOT an issue for us. Kitchen area is small, so if you like to do some serious prep work and cooking, just know that ahead. This was fine for just the 2 of us.

A bare bones property

Not what we expected. No instructions, poorly equipped, needs major repair, had to supply our sheets, tissues, beach towels and chairs, and a train runs through the backyard several times a day and once in the middle of the night.

Trains run through Old Orchard Beach, so every hotel/motel experiences this. Regarding sheets, they emailed us prior to arrival and we explained they needed to provide their own bed linens, which they did ship to the cottage prior to arrival. Also, prior to their arrival they must have emailed on 5 or so separate occasions with questions that were immediately answered. As for instructions, everything is on VRBO. All appliances were in working order and at no time during their visit did they mention this to us. Finally, as most people do, you communicate to the owner, not blast on VRBO. We are on-site owners who take pride in their property as you can see by the other reviews from prior guests who return year after year. As we say at Nautical Point, guest for a night, friend for a lifetime.

Excellent- would stay here again

I cannot say enough about our stay in OOB. The hosts (John and Marta) were very accommodating. We brought 2 young children (2 and 4) and the space was perfect. The cottage had everything that we needed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We were able to cross one single lane road and in less than 2 minutes, we were on the beach. The area is less congested, since it is a bit away from the pier, and exactly what we wanted. The pier was busy and crowded as well as the beach in that area. We were so happy to have found this cottage, stay in this location, and meet wonderful hosts.

Nautical Point Cottage

We spent a wonderful month at the cottage at Nautical Point. The cottage is very comfortable, with a king size bed and a good sized bathroom with lots of hot water and great shower pressure. The living room is also comfortable and the kitchen contains everything a kitchen requires. The area is far enough away from the downtown of Old Orchard Beach to be quiet but takes only a fifteen minute walk to get there. About a three minute walk across the street to the beach was a plus. The owners, John and Marta, were very gracious and fun. They live next door so anything we needed from them was delivered immediately with pleasure. We loved our stay and plan to go back next year. Thanks, John and Marta.

Great stay

Nice part of Old Orchard Beach - quick walk to the beach (across the street) and a bit of a quieter section the place was very clean, we were able to cook a couple of meals in the kitchen, king sized bed was nice. The train was pretty loud sometimes, but we got used to it. Hosts were quite nice and very helpful. Great getaway for a couple looking for a place close to the beach. .

We are also in the quiet residential area of East Grand Avenue and a quick walk to the center of town. You cannot escape the train in Old Orchard Beach! Great vacation at Nautical Point in Old Orchsrd Beach

John and Marta our hosts were very nice. The cottage was perfect for us. The bed not very comfy but that is minor. We wish the grocery store was closer seeung we didn’t rent a car. We walked there about 2 miles no problem figuring we would get an Uber in the way back. No drivers in that area. A long way back with 5 bags of groceries and a box of wine ! Lol. I would highly recommend making reservations for tours especially over holidays. Must of them booked. The beach is great and I love the pier. Overall great vacation! Would come back!

A great return trip

Was our second stay here, and again offered everything we needed. We love how close it is to the beach, and walking distance to the pier. Owners are a very nice couple, always available if needed. We will be back.

Since the train runs through the entire town of Old Orchard Beach, it is not easy to escape hearing it at night. Never had any guests complain about the bedding. Actually the week before the guest staying in the cottage said it was the most comfortable bed they had every slept on. Sometimes it is just a matter of preference.

Perfect little beach cottage!

This was a perfect little beach cottage and had everything we were looking for! John and Marta were extremely accommodating and live just next door so they were available if needed. The location was perfect, down a little from the pier so the beach wasn’t as crowded but within walking distance to town. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to visit again in the future!

Eager to stay again!

Title says it all. My wife suggested we should start looking at booking for next year before our week was even up. Cottage has all the amenities we needed to make our week a success (only thing we brought from home was a blender for margaritas). Wifi now in the unit, lightning fast. Bed was very comfortable for us (we like a firm bed). Very warm week but by night the cottage was very comfortable for sleeping, so didn't use the AC once. Very short walk to the beach, and it was a quieter area of the beach than the chaos down near the pier. Pier and grocery are both walkable. It is a cottage, so it is rustic, but that's what we expected in OOB.
