Seaside Beach House # 201 situé au 102 68th Street à Holmes Beach est un complexe face direct du Golfe avec une piscine chauffée au bord de mer. Il est l'un des plus beaux complexes sur Anna Maria Island. Cette & quot; caché & quot; propriété est située dans une rue calme dans la partie nord de Holmes Beach. La plage s'étend miles soit façon dont vous regardez!

Il y a une douche dans la salle de bains principale et une baignoire et une douche dans la salle de bains.

Il offre un accĂšs Ă  Internet haut dïżœïżœbit sans fil avec cĂąble Ă©largi et domestique appels longue distance gratuit. Il y a une "tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD ainsi qu'un 18" 50 tĂ©lĂ©vision chambre principale.

Seaside Beach House # 201 dispose d'un balcon donnant sur la plage, sur place buanderie et chaque unité commodités imaginables pour rendre votre séjour là-bas un plaisir. Cette belle a été amoureusement entretenu et a tout récemment rénové avec une cuisine toute nouvelle.

PAIEMENTS LOCATION DOWN:

The condo was exactly as listed! Master bedroom is HUGE. We had the pool completely to ourselves most of the stay. The beach was well maintained and never crowded. We will definitely be back to this smaller condo building in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the very well appointed condo. It was as comfortable as home only better. My only problem was with the dryer. It works very slowly and I think the problem is the lint filter. It doesn’t seem to be very well cleaned. This makes it works slower but can also be a fire hazard. That needs a deep vacuum.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. The condo needs updating and a deep clean. I couldn't tell if the carpet was old and crusty or new and very cheap. The condo smelled like mildew upon first arriving. The master bathroom shower had mold along the edges of the shower door. The baseboards in the unit were dirty. The table on the lanai was too large for the area. I recommend a high top as the chairs on the lanai are at railing level and it's hard to see the beach. We had issues with the door lock. The property management company was very responsive but the maintenance man went to the wrong unit and the problem wasn't fixed until later in the day. He had to come back and replace the locking unit. A refrigeration tech had to come out due to a poorly fitting freezer gasket. My friend complained about the twin mattress being uncomfortable. Be aware that there are three flights of stairs to the condo so if you have a hard time with stairs this may be a real challenge. While laying at the pool a health inspector came to check the water and he closed the pool down due to unsuitable water conditions. So I am sure I sound like I am being picky but I am being honest. I would not stay here again.

Great Overall Stay

We had a wonderful relaxing end of summer teacher girls’ trip. Nice size unit on the 2nd floor that overlooks the gulf. We could watch the sunset from the balcony which made it so convenient after washing up and not wanting to get sandy again while enjoying a beautiful sunset nightly. Communication with the vacation rental agency was great too! Absolutely no complaints. The unit could use a deep clean and cosmetic repairs but understand it’s hard to do during summer vacation. We were unable to use the blender to make tropical beverages due to not finding the top lid the the blender. The only downfall for us would not having an elevator. When some say it’s 4 flights of stairs that is a little misleading b/c each bank of stairs consisted of 7 steps so in reality it’s really only 2 full flights of stairs for a total of 28 steps. This unit is in a quiet building which we found delightful. They also had some chairs on the master bedroom (narrow) balcony. We bright our own equipment as we were sure what was actually available to use. The storage unit located at the base of the building had things to use for the beach, however the key that was in the unit to use to open the key lock didn’t work. The condition of the various beach stuff didn’t appear to be in great condition that we could see via the chicken wire cage unit. Glad we did have our own stuff. All in all, we have little to no complaints and would happily return again.

Great location. Beautiful view!

Property is in a great location, and the view is spectacular! Comfortable with nice amenities. Cleaners need to be more thorough- painted fingernail left on carpet. Be prepared to walk stairs. Beach equipment was provided as advertised but did not work. Those few things could be overlooked; however, when three pieces of personal clothing (one brand new piece) were damaged with rust stains from the washer/dryer in the unit, and management was notified no action was taken. Received notification that property managers received my email about laundry issue. Waited to give review to see how they would handle.

The AC vent in the master bedroom was very dirty. The only reason I would not recommend this particular condo to someone is because I prefer a more open, brighter view of the beach/ocean and I also prefer that the master bedroom be on the ocean side.We loved the Island and will definitely be returning and booking through Island Vacation Properties.

Great location

Great stay. Doors to patio need to be fixed nearly impossible to open. I did report it. Hopefully maintenance will fix for future residents. Close to public beach so very crowded. You will need to get to the beach early to get a good spot.

Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location with it's own beach access path, which makes it easy and convenient to go back to the room when needed. There was a beach chair on the porch outside the master BR, but we always rent chairs and an umbrella from Beach Bums.The bathrooms have been updated and there were plenty of towels, but the kitchen doesn't seem to be updated, but it served our needs. The furniture was comfortable and the unit has a pleasing decor.The only 2 negatives were that the mattress in the master BR was very firm and seemed to have a dip on both sides of the bed, and there were no dish cloths in the kitchen to wash dishes or wipe up the counter. I wound up buying some at the Dollar Store and leaving them in the unit.Overall it was a pleasant stay.Not sure we will be back as the rental prices keep going up.

1st time to AMI

This was our first time visiting AMI, Homes Beach is beautiful! The condo was perfect, the size, the layout and the location. Loved the balcony view, the pool is on the ocean side but feels very private due to greenery around it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. The air conditioner wasn't working very well on day 2, (85 degrees inside)the rental company was fast to respond, requested a ac company right away and keep in communication going after hours A+-thank you! The unit had a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and the dishwasher was left with dirty dishes inside and not ran. The 2nd bedroom could use a tv and a standing fan as it gets really hot. The beach accessories in the unit had seen better days, the chairs left in the unit actually broke day 1 we replaced these with 2 news chairs, and the unit didn't have a beach umbrella which is necessary for beautiful Florida beach days. We also purchased one and left at the unit. All the above are minor details. We had an absolute blast and will rent again when we return to AMI. Thank you,

Old property for the price. Fridge not working on arrival. Ice maker never worked. Dishwasher cleans only on heavy setting. Could not pick up wifi signal in master bedroom. 2nd bath on far end of condo from second bedroom. Very inconvenient

Location, location, location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is as described. You are right on the beach and have an excellent view of the ocean from both the balcony and the small bedroom. The house had a new comfortable couch and room for everyone to spread out. The linens were good, although I am not sure they were worth the actual fee (seems to be fair since everyone else is charging it too). They also provided some beach chairs. The downside to this property is that it is located up 3 flights of stairs which could be a problem for some groups. And be sure you read the disclaimers that say there will not be ANY kind of seasonings and only a starter supply of paper products. They mean it!! Not even any salt or pepper. Overall, the location made up for these shortfalls.

Seaside Beach House 201 - Met All Expectations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seaside Beach House 201 at the end of May. We love the location and access to the beach. The rental unit was great, nice and clean. No complaints at all. We had breakfasts and suppers in the unit and had all the cooking utensils we needed. It has a keyless entry which is also great. No worrying about a key when waling the beach. You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs which is fine for us.

Only thing that could have made it better was more time to spend there.

Early Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I begin? Seaside Beach House 201 was a perfect location. Unit was as described on website. Carpets could use a good cleaning tho. What impressed me was the response of Leah at Island Vacation Properties. When we arrived we found there were no Beach chairs, which was advertised in lease agreement, and the garbage disposal did not work properly. The very next day Leah delivered us new chairs and umbrella. Owner Joyce had new disposal installed too. Susan at the agency was very helpful with all my questions in choosing rental. The unit was perfect for 40 year planned best friend getaway. We will be returning next year and hope to continue for long term tradition. I will continue to use Island Vacation Properties, they proved to me they care about their clients and go out of their way to make sure your vacation is full of relaxation and less cares.

Beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was really great! We were supplied everything we needed. The beds were clean and the patio view was amazing! This place does need some updating - the carpet is crunchy and full of stains. The tiles in the bathroom are loose and cracked in places. Despite that, you’re here for the view and beach proximity and it did not disappoint!
