Private Island Home avec piscine chauffée! C'est une maison entière - pas une demi-maison ou un duplex.
Vous allez adorer cette maison privée de style Key West sur Anna Maria Island. La maison est seulement une courte promenade sur les plages immaculées de Anna Maria Island. La maison est idéalement situé à l'extrémité d'un cul-de-sac tranquille sans trafic, ce qui rend très calme et les enfants.
Votre île abrite 3 chambres: 1 chambre queen, 2 chambres simples et 2 chambres simples (lit gigogne double). En outre, la taille de la reine un canapé-lit. La maison dispose du WIFI gratuit, d'un ensemble de câbles complet et d'une grande télévision à écran plat SMART.
Aussi APPLE TV (apportez vos codes pour NetFlix, Hulu, HBO, etc.) dans la chambre à coucher.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, prête pour les repas cuisinés maison.

Perfect for my family!

Hello. We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for 10 years. Each place we stay is different, and each place has been on the mainland. This year we decided to stay on the island. This property was perfect for my family of four! Each of my boys had their own private room, which my teenager loved. The biggest attractions for my family was the heated pool and the incredible three minute walk to the beach! Just loaded the wagons and cooler, and we had our feet in sand in no time! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to the park with basketball and pickleball. We know the island well, and our favorite restaurants were within minutes. The owner was friendly, reachable and returned our texts promptly with questions we had. We can't thank him enough for hosting! We will definitely seek this property again when we return!

Perfect location. Close to the Beach Access. Walkable eating and bar options. Pool has a perfect balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Definitely returning soon.

Perfect House

This house was just right for our little family! Clean, well stocked, great location, pool was wonderful, owners had great communication. It was so nice to be able to come to the beach and everything already be here: beach chairs, kitchen items, linens. The location was wonderful just right down the street and close to restaurants/store. Definitely would like to come back!

Island time with great location!

We stayed for over a week and the home did not disappoint. There were ample sleeping accommodations for all of us and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The host provided beach essentials (wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc) which was an added bonus. The heated pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake. With the temps in the low to mid 70's we were comfortable able to use the pool anytime of day. Being only a couple blocks from beach access allowed for easy walks to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun in the sun

Location was great just a short walk to beach. House set up nicely with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels.Lots of beach chairs and toys for all ages. Saw dolphins and manatees. What a thrill. Great place to relax and enjoy the all the area had to offer. Would stay again.

Wonderful Property

We loved our time spent staying in your cozy home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool was wonderful. We hope to stay again in the future. When we showed up to check in for 3pm the cleaning crew was still inside and told me check in was supposed to be 4 but the host was quick to respond and we were able to get into the house around 4pm. Not a huge deal just a little frustrating as we were exhausted from a long day of travel. We appreciated all of the little things like the beach cart, pool toys, and even travel sized dish and laundry pods to get us started. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Beach Getaway

My family and I loved this home. My son and nephew loved the pool as well. The kitchen had everything you may need to cook with. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. I had read the reviews beforehand so knew I needed them and brought them, no biggie. It is a good little walk to the beach but wasn’t too exerting. You can even drive to manatee public beach if you didn’t wanna walk. The only issue we had at the house was how bad the mosquitos were (not the fault of the owner). I did let the owner know and they had someone come spray the yard, well that didn’t help, off didn’t help and neither did citronella. The owner said for us to get a big fan for the patio and they would reimburse us, so we did that and it seemed to do the trick. The owner was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Fijn huis en zwembad maar kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken

Heerlijke week gehad! Zwembad was lekker voor de kinderen. Zwembad was wel heel vies toen we aankwamen. Ook stonden er heel veel klus spullen in de hoofd slaapkamer die hebben moeten opruimen. Het huis is ruim en goed uitgerust alleen kan het een en ander wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken of vervangen worden. Prijs kwaliteit niet in balans.

Perfect house for our family of 5

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house is located at the end of a quiet street so there was zero traffic/noise. The owner was so easy to work with. The house has beach bikes, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, everything you need for the beach. The backyard/pool is completely private - surrounded by beautiful tropical trees/plants. We loved our vacation here and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful oasis

Even better than it looks in pictures! The pool is a beautifully landscaped private oasis that could be in any home magazine. The home is spacious and cheerfully decorated. The location is awesome at the end of a dead end road so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, and Original Sand Dollar were some of our nearby favorites. Owner is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Wonderful small cottage with amazing private pool area. The pool area feels like you're in the middle of the jungle, despite being in the middle of town. Cottage is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Property manager/owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Quick 4-5 minute walk to a quieter part of the beach (no public beach parking in the immediate area). Will stay here again.

The Beach Cottage

Loved the decor of the cottage. Enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Used bike to grab a bite at the Ugly Grouper. Beach is close as well. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

Brief but fun

We booked our staycation at this adorable beach cottage before we knew Hurricane Ian had us in his cone. We were only able to stay one of the seven days we had booked, but the owner was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. We look forward to resuming our trip in the near future.

Rental was exactly as promised and in a nice location very close to the beach. Pool was a nice for relaxing by especially the shallow part where you can put a chair.

Wonderful Return Stay

My family have spent the last 3 years vacationing on this property and we love it. The pool is perfect to cool off in the afternoon or a night swim. The location is within walking distance to the beach and to ice cream. The property is a wonderful value for the location and amenities. I'm looking forward to next year!

Paradise on AMI

We loved this house! The pool, proximity to the beach, grill, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds- everything was just wonderful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was so nice to have extra beach towels and plenty of linens and bath towels. We got great use out of the beach cart, beach chairs, and toys that were at the house. Our kids wanted to spend every moment in the pool, it’s a private paradise back there with gorgeous landscaping and landscaping lights. My older son and I also went parasailing on AMI one day and that was really cool. We will definitely rent this house again, thanks Joe.

Great stay. Owners are terrific to work with!

The house was exactly as advertised!! This is important to me because sometimes other listings can make a place look bigger than it actual is. The pictures on this listing were spot on! And we had plenty of room for our little dance party! Beds and seating areas were all comfortable and fresh. Showers all had great water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc is what you would expect from any rental. One thing that we didn't have enough of was "tupperware". We were sure to wash any containers that we had so the next renters didn't have that problem. It was wonderful to have the beach wagon, floaties chairs and coolers. The walk to the beach was as advertised, short and sweet. Also it is less than a 2 minute walk to catch the Free trolly on the island. There were only 3 bikes at the property but we ended up not wanting to use them anyway since it was so hot during our visit. The pool area is so relaxing and wonderful with beautiful vegetation but I do recommend using the citronella candles that were there to keep the mosquitos away. Lots of tiny lizards can be found roaming the property (outside of course) so that was really neat to see. Joe was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any needs or questions we had.

Perfect for our family of four

We just returned from a week stay in AMI. We loved the open layout, everyone had their own space to sleep and have downtime. There were pool floats & boogie boards at the house to use for the pool and beach time. We used the beach cart on our walks to and from the beach which is only a few minutes away. The beach access is less crowded than public access by far! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and miss it already! The check in/out process was so easy too! Check out the Ugly Grouper for a meal- just a few blocks down the road
