Le Bungalow Anna Cabana # 1 situé au 3711 4th Avenue à Holmes Beach est dans un complexe de cinq unités au rez-de-chaussée qui est amusant et abordable. Il jouxte trois autres unités de bungalow Cabana et est à côté de la Cabana Beach House. Avec les nombreuses configurations de chambres, c'est un complexe parfait pour les grandes familles qui veulent être ensemble.

Cette charmante chambre à coucher, une unité de bain offre une vue sur le golfe et un patio extérieur privé avec hamac. Il est meublé avec des couleurs tropicales tranquilles et des accessoires de plage. Anna Cabana Bungalow # 1 peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un futon dans le salon. Il a une télévision à ��cran plat de 26 "avec un lecteur DVD et une télévision de 20" dans la chambre.

Les nouvelles mises à niveau comprennent l'Internet haute vitesse sans fil avec appels interurbains nationaux gratuits et un service de télévision par câble étendu. Anna Cabana great little place

Very nice property. Perfect for 2 people. Nicely landscaped and private. Great pool and outdoor porch and patio. Only negative is the shortcut access to the beach has been closed off by neighbor's fence.

Great location and private. Beautiful landscape. Smaller unit and TV’s need to be upgraded. Should be better stocked with toilet paper, lotion, paper towel, salt and pepper, etc.

Total Relaxation

We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach and feel we couldn’t have found a better spot. Cabana #1 was clean and cozy, just right for 2 people. The beach chairs and umbrella were super nice and only a 1 block walk to the beach. The pool was great for relaxing at the end of the day. One of the most stressless vacations we have ever had as everything about our rental was as described.

It is centrally located to everything, all within walking distance, yet secluded enough thanks to the beautiful landscaping. The patio is quite spacious yet private, overlooking the pool. The space is roomy enough for an extended stay.

Quite Island Retreat

Clean and cozy. We ate our breakfast on our patio every morning, clean pool with a lot of groomed foliage. Romantic and my husband enjoyed the private outdoor shower. The pool was very nice to come back to, after a day at the beach. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella, with a very short walk to the beach. We plan on returning next year for annual "start of the summer" vacation. We also loved the "North Michigan" touch on the sign in the bedroom... we are from Grand Rapids, MI! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

Maintenance came promptly when I texted him. Unfortunately we were not able to use BBQ grill. The grill plates were rusted and we weren't able to clean them properly.But overall I was impressed and would love to return.

It sounds like a jet engine. We turned the air off. The cushions on the chairs in the sun room need to be replaced.

BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING WITH TREES AND PLANTS. WITHING WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH, GROCERY, FINE RESTAURANTS, DRUG STORE, AND THE TROLLY WHICH WAS OUR MODE OF TRANSPORTATION --- WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

First time at Anna Cabana

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a really nice time, and the weather even cooperated. As always, the unit was in great shape when we arrived - cleaned properly. IVP properties have always been in great shape when we arrive (I'm guessing we have rented via IVP at least 20 times). We were the first to stay in Anna Cabana #1 after the kitchen was nicely updated with new appliances and a few other tweaks. There was only one glitch - the hot water wasn't turned back on. Thankfully, property owner Mike was next door and he took care of that immediately (thanks again Mike). This trip it was only my wife and me, so a small unit like #1 worked out fine. The bathroom is quite tiny, but functional. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen roomy. The pool is just outside the slider through a nice patio w/table and chairs, and is shared with the other 3 units. There are ample seating options around the pool, and it is quite private with landscaping providing natural privacy barriers. The trip to the beach is literally across the street (not busy - residential street). Thanks again IVP and Mike for taking care of all of the details so that we could enjoy a great week at AMI again

Clean & great beach access

Perfect location if not directly on the water. 133 steps to the beach from the pool gate! 2 blocks to grocery store and a couple restaurants! Perfect space for a couple. Loved having a pool and a private outdoor shower.

Quick walk to beach access and the pool was great . Room was clean and perfect for a couple . Bathroom in bungalow 1 could be updated, little small and shower head was for shorter people . But it seems like they are slowly upgrading the property and that’s just me being picky . Chairs were not provided or any beach umbrellas which I was told that they were . I may have missed them somewhere on property but again that was just something little. That being said the place was amazing and convenient as they come to a short walk to beach and quick access to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back again . Thank you

Publix was just a block and a half away. The pool and its surrounding landscape felt like your own tropical paradise. We can't wait to return again. A Week in the Sun

We had actually rented from VRBO and learned our reservation was cancelled due to the owner wanting that particular property. When I contacted Anna Cabana #1, they were happy to help us out. The Bungalow is as described. The bathroom is very small, but than goodness for the outdoor shower, which was great. The outdoor patio area was superb and private. Steps to the pool. The kitchen and bedroom were of good size. The small two chair area with TV and patio door was cute and served a purpose for two people. The pool was great and easy access across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches. There are three other units that share the pool and we met some nice couples. The two bedroom had a lot of people staying or visiting, but once they left, it was peaceful. The landscape was good, I would suggest cutting some of the palm leaves back from the parking area. The parking was easy and the laundry facilities were convenient. I would stay again and possibly looking to book next year.
