Florida Vacation Dream Spot - facile et amusant! Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est directement en bord de mer avec de larges vues ouvertes sur la côte. Le condo est au dernier étage (6e) de l'immeuble et est entièrement meublé avec une table à manger pouvant accueillir de 6 à 8 personnes, un canapé et une causeuse, des tables basses et de bout, une télévision à écran plat et une table et des chaises sur le balcon fermé qui est un endroit parfait pour regarder la plage, l'océan et les couchers de soleil fantastiques. Vous pouvez même voir des dauphins nager à proximité! La chambre principale est une suite fermée avec un grand dressing, une salle de bain privée, une commode, des tables de nuit et un lit king-size. La deuxième chambre a également une salle de bain attenante, lit queen, placard, commode, chevets et deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des armoires de qualité, des comptoirs en corian, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. L'unité vient avec un espace de stationnement couvert et une unité de stockage équipée de toute la plage. Wifi gratuit.

This property is amazing and exactly as described. The views & sunsets are beautiful. You have everything you need in this condo. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room for all your clothes & bathing suits!Marie is a wonderful hostess with great communication & is attentive to whatever you need. I’m not kidding when I say the view may be the best on AMI. I can’t imagine it can get much better. The condo was fabulous and situated within walking distance to everything. Love the place and Marie-Claire is wonderful. We hope to come back next year.

This condo has an amazing view-you are right on the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. There were a few construction vehicles and some construction work going on while we were there, due to the fall hurricanes. This condo is well-maintained and well equipped for visitors. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is very well equipped if that’s what you would like to do. The pool is lovely and the people that we met there were very welcoming and helpful. The host is very quick to answer any questions you might have and very, very friendly. Highly recommend this property!

This is my second visit at this condo. Again Marie Claire is the perfect host, making sure that we were comfortable. She shared many restaurants which we visited and they were excellent. The condo is spotless, well equipped and the view exquisite. We will certainly be back.

Love it then and love it now

We stayed at this location a couple of years ago. Loved it then and love it now! Great location-spectacular sunsets, walkable to restaurants, bars and marina. Trolley stop right outside your door. Complex is very quiet and unit is very well maintained. Host is so thoughtful and responsive. Would love to return again.

Marie- Claire has everything just right! Million dollar view. Wished I had binoculars - opened a drawer and there they were....condo had everything you needed on vacation. We will come back.

A little piece of heaven on earth

Marie Clair is an extraordinary host! She is so helpful and accommodating with suggestions re:restaurants. The property is very comfortable with the most INCREDIBLE view! ( The upholstered chairs made lanai time the best!) The condo is stocked with anything you might need & forgot to pack…including beach toys, beach towels & the unexpected rubber band/paper clip.😊 We look forward to returning soon. (This is the place to stay on Anna Marie…centrally located to shopping & restaurants!)

Love this place 😁

We stayed here a few weeks ago to celebrate my daughters graduation from college! This condo did not disappoint! It has the most beautiful views of any place I have ever stayed!! It is equipped with everything you need for on the beach as well as every amenity in the condo. My mom cleans every place we stay when we arrive lol she was impressed how clean it was and didn’t even need to do a thing, just enjoy! I have back issues and thankfully the beds were great as well! Marie Claire is a wonderful host and gave us recommendations on great places to eat out! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to stay here again.

Paradise for Sure!

Such a great place to stay! Where do I begin? The Condo- the view is amazing!! It is located in an older building, so to enter the condo and have a modern environment was really very nice! I am always concerned about the cleanliness of a rental, but this place was spotless! I am one that cleans as soon as I arrive and did NOT even feel the need to that here! We spent evenings before leaving for dinner on the lanai and watched the sunset, which is breathtaking. The unit is on the top floor and is a corner unit which gives a beautiful view of the beach and sunset! Beds were comfy, couch and chairs were comfy. Beach Chairs, Toys and Wagon- We have two children and the storage unit downstairs was full of toys, boogie boards, skid boards etc. Anything they could have possibly wanted as well as a wagon for mom and dad to take it down to the beach! Transportation- We rented a beach buggie while we were there vs a car and it was great (AMI Beach Buggies). The only thing, and I am sure it is b/c it is an older building, is there wasn't really a good place to charge the buggie (Marie Claire told me this before I even rented the buggie). We had to take it back to where we rented from and charge it during the day while we were on the beach. It would have been great if there was a place to charge in the parking bay (maybe as updates are made to the building this would be something to suggest to the HOA board). Not a big deal though! We made it work! There is also a free trolley on the island, but we LOVED the buggie so didn't take advantage of that. Local Eats- too many to detail them all, but some of our favorites were Beach House and Sand Bar! We ate lunch one day at the Rod and Reel Pier which was fun as well! We arrived later than anticipated on Saturday due to a delayed flight, so we ended up Door Dashing for dinner that first night. We ordered from Sharky's. The Lobster Pasta was fabulous! There is also a local cash only breakfast spot a few blocks away, Minnie's Beach Cafe which we went to as well. The Sights- again, too many to mention, but our favorites were Rod and Reel Pier (we rented rods and fished) and Bean Point (wide white sandy beach at tip of island). We went to Bean point one day and spotted dolphins within 30 feet of us! Our family of four could not have had a better vacation! We left with wonderful memories, beautiful pictures and a great tan!Thank you to Marie Claire for opening her condo so others can enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria!

Marie Claire was an exceptional host. She communicated very well. All instructions were clear and concise. The beachfront property was peaceful and relaxing. Best part was the sunroom. Picturesque views of the ocean and the moon. We were very comfortable. Apartment was very well stocked with sheets and towels. Beach towels included. Lovely apartment, very spacious. Very friendly people who live in the complex. Laundry in the same floor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

This property is 10/10! Clean, quiet, beach view/proximity to the ocean is AMAZING, beach closet full of eveything you could need, shampoo, body wash in the showers, all the cooking supplies you could need and a shelf full of books. The pool was amazing and we basically had it to ourselves all week! We will definitely be back! :)

My wife and I had a great time here. Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean. We took the elevator down and walked a few feet and we were on the beach. The place is very nice and clean, the owner responds very quick to anything you have a question about. You are also very close anything you would need or want.

Better than ever! We’re returning visitors and always try to grab Marie-Claire’s place when we’re in AMI - there’s just nothing else like it. In our opinion, it has the best views on the island, hands down. The unit is always spotless, well-stocked, and super convenient to everything. But it’s the view that really does it; it’s like slipping into a theta brain wave state just sitting on the balcony. Peaceful, dreamy, hard to leave. Marie-Claire is a fantastic host, and staying here always feels like a reset. Already looking forward to the next trip.

Wonderful vacation on AMI

We had the most wonderful vacation at Martinque #603. The condo was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped. We felt safe with doors outside locked. The view and sunsets were breathtaking! Right on the beach! Usually when we visit AMI, we go to to other beaches. This time we stayed right on beach in front of condo. After being on beach we would enjoy the beautiful pool.The storage was full of everything you would need, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, & floaties.The places we went to eat were the Feast, Tide Table, La Creperie.And last Marie Claire was so easy to communicate with and very personable. She was a great host..

First trip to AMI

Words cannot describe how beautiful this condo and beach is! A few short steps to the sand and the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. We loved spending time with our young kids at the pool later in the day. The entire property is immaculately clean. Marie Claire was so kind, responsive, and thorough with her communications. Even the beds were very comfortable! We were so appreciative of all the extras stocked in the condo and storage unit. Until we return..I will be dreaming about sunsets viewed from the sunroom!

This property well exceeded our expectations! The location, the cleanliness… Support and communication from the owner was Sterling! Just the view was simply breathtaking. Every morning the view with coffee and stunning sunset in the evening. We will be back and this will be our top rated property!
