Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located Cape Cod Cottage that sleeps six. Gorgeous sunroom overlooking a backyard oasis. Enjoy easy access to Sartatoga racetrack and the SPAC. Lake George and the Adirondacks are a short drive north. Enjoy a weekend antiquing in Ballston Spa or walking around downtown Glens Falls.

The Space:
Cozy Cape Cod with exposed wood beams and sunlights. Open main floor, fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous four season sunroom overlooking a backyard oasis.
Enjoy the upstairs sitting room with 65” smart tv or snuggle up in front of the basement fireplace with a 50” Roku TV.
KIng Bed with ample closet space, direct access to the sunroom and nearby bathroom with exposed brick. Two upstairs bedrooms equipped with comfortable queen beds and a bathroom directly adjacent.
Enjoy a dedicated workspace in the office by closing the antique french doors off of the dining room. Fiber optic 300 Mbps internet is available for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house apart from the locked supply closets and backyard shed.

Other things to note:
No Smoking - cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, etc. in the home. Do not leave cigarette butts outside - please bag and dispose of in trash bin.
No parties - no unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval.
No pets.
No outside vendors without written permission.

Security cameras have been placed on the exterior of the house to track weather conditions and parking. These are not directed toward living spaces to protect guest privacy.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM - please be respectful of our neighbors and our community.

***What to expect during the winter***
We do recommend having AWD/4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. The cottage is located in an area that can receive large amounts of snow in a short period of time. Our cottage will typically be plowed WITHIN 24 hours of receiving 6 inches of snow but WILL NOT be plowed after every snowfall. We also do not offer snow shoveling service during your stay but provide snow shovels available for your use.
