This is a beautiful home on an extremely private street that is just five minutes from the track and less than ten minutes from Broadway in downtown Saratoga. It was built last year and is the perfect combination of private lake luxury with easy accessibility to nightlife and more. Enjoy the privacy of the lake just outside your windows with the convenience of being near every restaurant, bar, golf course, track, spa, shopping and attraction you could ever want! Enjoy the beauty outside from the large private deck or the covered lower porch. You can also enjoy the view of the lake with breathtaking views out of two large sitting areas and two of the bedrooms.

Parking Policy: The house is on a small private street that is very quiet and surrounded by only the sounds of nature. Since this is a small and private road, we only have room for 2 vehicles to park in front of our house for your stay. One additional parking spot may be purchased from our neighbor and we can arrange that for you if you need to bring an extra vehicle. Saratoga is a town with limited parking options and more cars than that are not permitted at this rental. If you have other vehicles, they can easily be parked downtown (less then 10 mins away) in free 24 hour parking lots that are available for visitors.
