We appreciate you changing any bulbs that may have blown. We do leave items such as lightbulbs in the garage and appreciate you replacing any that had gone out. This is something that is hard to keep track of. The coffee maker is a super automatic and is complicated. I am glad you contacted us to acquire a new one and happy that we now have a K cup machine in the house for those who are used to this type of machine. The home is professionally cleaned between each visit. The film on the lower shower glass is actually not soap scum but rather minerals which would otherwise require harsh chemicals to remove. We try to limit use of this type of item as we do not want the drainage to end up in the lake we are on. Thank you for letting us know that the drain is slow. We will have a plumber attend to this. Thank you for letting us know about the screens and screen door. We will have someone attend to them. We will also double check the items in the kitchen and make sure there are adequate items for proper cooking. We will also put together a binder of instructions. Thank you for this suggestion.
