The house was so cozy, comfortable, and clean! Im allergic to animals so it was nice not having to worry about animal hair being everywhere. Host was super kind and helpful. My kids had a blast in the backyard, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. So close to town so everything is right there. The price is amazing. We've already rebooked!!

You will find this property to be a mini oasis. It is clean and comfortable and well stocked with cooking supplies and items needed for your stay. Well positioned and close to many things including Aldi and Meijer grocery stores. Off road parking was nice. One of my favorite spots was the outdoor space right off of the living room - private comfy morning coffee spot or afternoon respite. Not to mention the other patio spot with a fire pit and lights! The beds were very comfortable and shower hot. Thank you for hosting us! Only regret was not getting to play chess on the chess board - next time!

Very cozy, cleaned cute home. Everything was provided to us and few snacks. We felt very welcome. I liked that the stores and restaurants are 10 minutes away. We were blessed to experience the snow of days we were there.

The house was very neat, clean, and inviting! Charming details and modern amenities, everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the lake. Quiet residential neighborhood that was close to everything.The host was very responsive with any questions and made everything easy on us!

This home is 15-20 minutes away from the Dunes and even closer to the Washington park zoo and beach. We felt at home in a cozy, nicely decorated space. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like the Nespresso maker and snacks. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed watching the giant tv and playing games together on the kitchen table. Our biggest complaint is the cheap toilet paper and that there was no where to put it.

Overall, it was a good rental that accommodated me and my kids. Was clean and well kept. Only thing I suggest is a vacuum for guests to use. It’s hard to clean sand up with a broom and it’s everywhere with 3 little kids! Recommend this place.

The house had patches of walls unpainted, it was missing oulet covers in both bedrooms, it was listed as having outdoor patio furniture which was not there. We left the apartment as instructed by the manual. Clean. Dishes cleaned an put away, used towles left on the bathroom floor, took the trash out. Yet they charged my insurance 500 for damages yet listed it as a deep cleaning.

Regarding the outdoor patio furniture, as noted in the listing description, due to seasonal weather conditions in Indiana, this area is only available during the warmer months (typically May through September) and is not set up during colder months. Regarding the cleaning charge, our property has a strict no-smoking policy, which is clearly stated in the listing and inside the home. After this stay, there was a noticeable smoke odor inside the property that required additional cleaning and odor treatment to prepare the home for the next guests. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests and to enforce our house rules consistently.

The place was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the furnace stopped working. We returned around 11 and the temp in the unit was 66 degrees. I messaged the seller and called VRBO. VRBO said that a supervisor would return my call and that since this issue is urgent they should call back. They never called me back. The owner responded in the morning. By that time it was 63 in the living room and the bedrooms were freezing. The second night was not comfortable due to the cold.
