Easy check in, great view, secured parking, spotless condo, friendly owner that was excellent at answering our pre-stay questions. Would definitely rent this condo from this owner again! Highly recommend!

It was excellent and beautifully decorated! The air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out, but it worked great! The bed in the bedroom was super comfortable! I do recommend that if you are sleeping on the couch mattress, you bring something thicker to lay on top as you can feel the bars a little. Everything was well stocked and the beach view was perfection! It offered easy access to everything! I will stay here again!

Great family resort

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The pools were never crowded. The room had everything you could need. The bed was also super comfy!

The condo is in a great location directly on the beach with gated access. It’s also a great price given the amenities. It was very clean and well appointed overall (additional ovenware would be nice but not essential). Perhaps I missed something, but I was surprised that we had to pay for parking upon arrival (the process was easy but still an additional unanticipated cost). All things considered, it’s a great property!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Sunbird. The condo was clean with a great view. The host was VERY responsive with any questions we had. I will say this room specifically is one of the smaller options at the Sunbird. The room is great for a couple, but was a little tight for a family of 4. The mattress in the Master is very comfortable.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our only complaint was that it would have been nice to have coffee filters for the coffee pot. We didn’t mind purchasing coffee but filters would have been nice. Our daughter said we have to stay in the same unit on our next trip to the beach

Only down fall was the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. And we had to go buy blankets for the kids. They only had one on the main king size bed. That was heaven!

Pictures posted don’t give a good depiction of actual condo. They use AI. Condo could use some attention when it comes to maintaining and housekeeping. Couches were stained throw pillows had food on them, floors were nasty. The property itself is in a great location and had nice amenities. Hannah was very responsive when I reached out with our issues/concerns.

Small cute condo with beach view. Beach is on locked access which is nice, security out front at entrance, pools were clean, staff was always present outside. Great stay only cons were couch sheets were dirty, we were not aware we had to pay for parking pass & pay for everyone to have a braclet, also balcony is not private and others can see into the bedroom from their balcony. Also Bring extra wash clothes & TP..

Great location, great stay

The listing was exactly what the listing said it would be. Nothing more, nothing less. We really enjoyed it. Great location and was clean. The only thing that was kind of frustrating was that when we first got there, we were told by person at gate to go to a certain building to check in. They charged us 40 odd dollars for parking pass, but when we got to room, parking pass was on the counter. I don’t blame this on the VRBO, but it kind of irked me. Just for all future renters, go to the room and get pass!

Great location but unit was decent and needed work and upgrades. Description of unit with filters on VRBO showed washer and dryer. In the comments it states coined laundry on property. To me it was misleading on VRBO that it showed it. Couch and sofa with pillows had stains. Bedroom had no curtains on west window so Pineapple Willys light and flashlights on the beach lit up the room. Only 4 pillows for the unit and they were thin, pack your own. Kitchen was good but needed more utensils like tongs. Bathroom shower was ok. Balcony was nice with chairs and tables. Unit stayed at 68 degrees which is what we walked into and was always that temp. Unit also had a fan in the closet for use. While talking to other guests, their room came with Beach Chairs and umbrella that we had to rent at 60 daily. Room was clean at check in and we paid for the location. It was close to everything like restaurants and excursions just needed some TLC in the unit.
