Our stay at Just Beachy was a 3/5 The price was awesome for the amount of nights we stayedCheck in was a problem because our early check in door code didn't work when we got there,after waiting about 20 mins we finally got in .GREAT VIEW of the ocean

Very convenient location. Close to all major shopping and 15 mins from pier park. Just to wake up and see the beach and to be able to simply walk take an elevator and a short walk to the beach was incredible. The room was clean and they had everything we needed! Perfect for a couple with no kids

Excellent stay from the beginning to the end. Easy & quick check in. Plenty of parking and security on site. Very clean and quiet. Excellent ocean front view, and quick walk to the beach. Definitely will book again.

Beach view was awesome. The furniture was damaged (sofa had ripped places, broken handles on bedroom chest, light bulbs out on lamps, bed linens cheap). The entrance door had some type of vent blowing hot air constantly. Window blinds were broken ( unable to open and close with pull). We would not rent this unit again.

Beautiful spot to spend a week. Bed was very comfortable but the living room couch is old and needs to be updated as we needed to sit on the pillows for comfort.

As described. Very clean and stocked with necessities & such. Host was reachable & responded promptly. Beautiful views from the balcony. 3 guest-only pools & is right on the beach.Our only con was that the mattress was too firm [for our preference] & it squeaked and creaked with the slightest movement. On-site parking was an additional 48. Overall, LOVED it! Will definitely consider booking here again!

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and it was very squeaky. You barely move and wakes the entire place up.

The only reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 was the view from our balcony, which was absolutely stunning. The room temp was in the 80’s upon arrival and the place smelled stale cigarette smoke. We assumed the room was hot due to not being rented out the previous couple of days. After the temp was still in the 80’s the next evening we called property management; they delivered 2 box fans and a stand alone ac unit that they put in the bedroom. It definitely helped, however the temperature in the unit never dropped below 77. On our third day the hot water knob in the shower stopped working. We called maintenance but they never did send out anyone. There were candy wrappers found strewn about the place and the shower curtain had mold growing on it. The foldout couch and bed were not comfortable at all and the pillows were paper thin. The only pros I have are the balcony views and the proximity to the beach.

Great beach view

This was a very nice condo. It was clean. The hot water was great. My favorite part was the great look at the beach. We spent our time sitting on the balcony looking at the beach. It was so peaceful. There was also a beautiful view of the sunset. I’d definitely stay here again.

Host was amazing but we did have a few ideas for upgrades to this particular property.1. The air should not be locked for guests, and if it must be, have visible instructions on how to manage. (We did figure it out)2. Bathroom needs upgrades. Peeling paint, doors do not close. And water is hooked up backwards. Hot is cold vice versa.3. Kitchen ceiling tiles were not set correctly and we had to fix them so they would not fall. Super tiny Kitchen trashcan. Bring your own, if possible. 4. Bed is horribly uncomfortable. 5. Sofa bed is worse.6. Bedroom shades have no close string, have to close each panel manually.7. Laundry room is being shared by the cleaning people. With such a small amount of machines, there's alot of wait time.8. Trash collection shoot smelled awful and could be noticed throughout the 7th floor plus the parking lot and laundry room.9. Overall, super tiny condo, which is understandable but pictures are wide and make it look plenty big enough during booking. 10. The A/C vent (outside) is blowing hot air directly into your face while trying to enter door code. Unpleasant summer experience.This property looks old and outdated. Needs some fresh paint and updating. Not what we expected for the price. Not a horrible booking but needs some attention.

A quick stopover at the beach turned out horrible. Arrived to unit and found multiple box fans circulating the air and a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that was venting back into the bedroom, making it extremely hot. Contacted host who seemed to already know about the issue. She offered to move us to another condominium unit and assured us it was similar to what we had booked. She did attempt to have our parking refunded but that has yet to be seen. Had to stop at multiple locations to get a parking pass to our second unit. We finally arrived at the second unit which was NOTHING like we had booked. The ocean view was restricted, the unit was directly over the community hot tub which was very loud at all hours. The unit had not been updated for an extremely long time. They did offer to refund our money but where are we going to go late at night, after driving all day? Definitely will not book with this company again.

It’s cute & has a great view but it’s a bit beat up. The stove & pans need replacing. There was mold on the shower curtain. The bed & pillows need a refresh. There was an umbrella in the closet but we noticed it was broken so we rented an umbrella at the beach. The pools are nice and it’s easy to access the beach. We loved hearing the sound of the crashing waves from the room. There’s a great deck with chairs.
